AOL settings, Browser, Saved Passwords
I had a Remote hookup with a AOL support person yesterday afternoon 7/18/25. I was having problems logging on to a specific website (MSC Crusies.com) my Browser "Google Chrome" as my primary browser thru AOL/windows10 .Aol settings and Windows settings would just go blank and back me completely out of AOL and put me back on my main Windows10 home page everytime. Well anyway, the AOL Support person hooked me to the Remote operation mode. She tried several different operations. She also backed up my AOL Desk top and AOL and I thought AOLdata in my info. She then uninstalled my copy of AOL and downloaded and installed new copies of the AOL Desktop Gold Program a couple different times. nothing seemed to work to correct the Website problem I was having. After over 2-3 hrs she said that the Programmers were going to have to look at the problem and try to find a solution. WELL, now comes my current situation.......................I no longer have access to my "AOL settings, Browser, PASSWORDS".. I had many many, possiblyalmost a hundred saved passwords for many many different websites.
Now I don't have access to any of those passwords. What Can I Do?
I have currently installed Mircosofe Edge as my Primary default Browser in AOL/Windows10. It seems to be working to correctly give access to the MSC Cruise.com Website.
We have identified the issue that was causing this and are working on a fix that will be delivered in an auto update
