My browser says it need updating and it won't update you click on help, check for updates the it disappears. tech uninstalled and re downloaded Gold reinstalled no change. AOL GOLD IS COLOSSALY STUPID. WE PAY FOR THIS?
AOL techs have to be mindless **** to be paid for doing nothing other then FUC*#ing the customers. After a couple years of compatibility problems, they still just talk problems away rather then actually correcting them. That my friend is gross stupidity and incompetence. So, the tech lie their way through life as if nothing is wrong. The really sick neurosis they live within is getting a bit dangerous, and the corporate officers condone this by their obviation to policy.

Can you please have an option for us to make the words at the top (file, edit, mail, news, finance, entertainment, lifestyle, sports, community, services, safety, window, keyword, sign off, help) can you please have it bigger. I can't barely see it. Appreciate if you will have an option for that.

Now what you have you gone and screwed up! Now I can't just run down the list of emails I want to delete..I have to click the email and now I have to go thru a riggamorol and click yes when the box pops up!! Ridiculous! Hey people there's no need to submit these they never resolve these issues..It's gotten so bad I don't want to even open my emails anymore!

PLEASE fix it so that when I save a file in my mailbox the EMAIL ADDRESS of who it was from/to remains (instead of being listed as MY email address). You need to return to the GOOD features of the old Desktop. Gold is AWFUL!
