Crashes by typing anything
Each time I want to type something within the AOL software (regardless of whether writing an e-mail, searching for something, typing an url into the browser) it stumbles ans crashes completely. Seems to have an allergy against my keyboard or ANY keyboard.
Best example is RIGHT THIS message I was forced to type with an alternative browser/software. Within AOL this would'nt have been possible to type! Several crushes would have been necessary to finish this short text.
Do something right now! It's really aweful!

Emails take forever to receive. I will have someone tell me they just sent me an email and it takes maybe an hour or more to get it.
Emails take forever to receive. I will have someone tell me they just sent me an email but I might not receive it for hours. And I'm not getting emails from people that are in my address book or replies to emails I have sent to them. WTF is up with AOL. Ever since net neutrality was blown out of the water, the service has deteriorated completely and we pay for it.

fix the mail
fix the mail so I don't have to keep deleting the mail.I just here and deleted mail that I had permanently deleted a month ago. This happens all the time I can delete mail and days later the same mail is back up again.

I can no longer sign into my other email addresses on my Lenovo Laptop with Windows 7
My email addresses with AOL have different purposes. Today I AOL does not recognize my subordinate addresses only on this laptop.

Someone needs to tell your TECH department that your download of AOL is ridiculous. Today I had to stop and download the software again for the 4th time in less than 2 months. we are PAYING for this? You have had many complaints about this issue and yet, you are apparently unable to resolve it. Sad

URL Does NOT Show when 'Hovering' mouse over words with Hidden URL

When did this disappear? If you have it HIDDEN someplace on the screen that is not acceptable, it MUST BE OBVIOUSLY shown to allow users to stay SAFE

Search line
After fixing the search (subject) line so that it could be used to find the last page being read if something happened to that page, it seems that you have changed it. Today the page I was reading suddenly disappeared, but it wasn't on the subject line, so I couldn't get it back.. Are you going backward instead of trying to bring the Gold Aol up to the quality of the previous version?

It seems that forever now, the "email-us" link STILL never is operating
It seems that STILL, forever, the "email-us" link NEVER works, is operational... ALSO, on the software drop-down, "check for updates" still never works...ALSO, the " computer protection plan, which is supposed to have a $750 per year free maintenance, repair, replace benefit(s), is NO longer free...They nowadays CHARGE a $75 fee to replace, repair computers, monitors and such... Just another rip off, and unfair greedy deal... Doctor Dave Bengard.

What happened to New Builds every 2 weeks ?

Not receiving Specific Email
As of 3/29/2019 I abruptly stopped receiving emails from the address of alert@indeed.com. I have called them and they in fact are sending me daily emails (4+) a day and I am not receiving anything. I have never gone in to change any settings on my aol as I don't even know how to change that! Why did this happen?!

Another problem with AOL Gold
In the previous version of AOL (a thousand times better than this Gold Version), there was System Information, which I could use to refresh AOL if it stopped working well, and to get rid of bugs. When AOL Gold was installed, AOL System Information stopped working every time I tried to access it. Finally I uninstalled Gold and reinstalled it. Now System Information is missing completely. How can I get it back in working order, the way it was in the previous version?

We can delete all spams with one click but can not do that for our regular email...which is a pain...BUT when you delete them and only find them to reappear...now that's really a pain in the #$%*&...

Over 50 people reported they cannot put their signature at end of E Mails!
How do you get AOL GOLD to PRINT your signature at bottom of E Mails? I have a "saved signature" and did all the right steps, but HOW do you get that signature to print out on the E Mails. Many people have written in on this...that AOL Gold is lacking the ability to do this!

2561 EMAIL is NOT WORKING
Been managing emails for a short time, and left my INBOX to see if SPAM has anything I SHOULD have gotten in the INBOX.
I KNOW there are several emails in SPAM as it shows (11) unread, but CLICKING it does not bring it up.
I cannot get DRAFTS (10), SENT or SPAM. I can get INBOXThis has been happening since 2561 installed.

Why is it that the DELETE button does not work any more when viewing emails in the inbox????
Stop the constant multi Mbyte of downloads to update your terrible advertising content. We pay for the AOL email service, we do not expect constantly being bombarded with advertising.
