The original problem remains- slow startup of AOL desktop gold and mailbox or incomplete mail. I can access all of this on my Ipad or phone but not my laptop. Unsatisfactory response.

AOLs "MY FAVORITE PLACES" recent change was an immediate BUST, wasn't it?
The recent change to supposedly improve the "MY FAVORITE PLACES" bookmark list WENT BUST almost immediately. You'd think the AOL Gold tech idiots would have better things to do than experiment with stupid program changes at our time and expense. They spend most of their time sitting there looking busy to otherwise justify their positions and jobs. Amazing they actually think they are in some type of career position at AOL doing stupid kid computer stuff. Idiots. Build .3667 new tab scheme
The newest changes to the active or non active tabs is horrible.
The non active tab the lettering color has been changed so it's
extremely hard to read. It's a grey shade instead of white.
Please make some adjustments to it. -

COMPLAINT: MAIL ADDED ICONS ON SUBJECT LINE PLEASE REMOVE
The added icons on the mail subject line is NOT USEFUL AT ALL, PLEASE REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY. There are already icons at bottom of screen for mark unread, delete, report spam. DO NOT WANT THESE ICONS ON THE SUBJECT LINE.

Scroll bars in latest build of aol desktop gold
The latest build of aol desktop gold has scroll bars when reading new email because there is a new star option present.
According to the what's new section, the star option is to rate email if you're using another email program. While I'm sure that the option would help some of us, that option is useless to me.
You can't resize the email window so the scroll bars appear because the email window is bigger then the size of the screen.
Either let us resize the email window or give us the option to add or remove or hide the…

Addressbook
I have multiple groups where I need to type a specific neighborhood code/ organizational code in the phone list. But it's not accepting the code and it transforms it into an AOL email address. Ex: W-A-1@aol.com
I need those codes so that I can easily access the right person. -
Toolbar Programs Won't Stay Signed In
Up until a few days ago, the favorites I have in my top toolbar would stay signed in. Now, every day, or every time I exit and come back into AOL, I have to sign back in to programs/sites like Amazon, Twitter, YouTube...even AOL Weather!
I contacted the help chat, and they said to clear my footprints. Well, that didn't work. I've had this happen before, and it was just a matter of making an adjustment in an option somewhere.

AOL keeps saying I haven't sign in from this machine which is blatantly untrue and very annoying. If Aol continues it I will leave.
Don't keep saying that I haven't signed in from this machine, I have for years. It is very annoying. If it continues I will stop using it after more than 30 years.

McAfee
I have repeatedly set a scan time only to have McAfee pop up multiple times to say they are scanning. This "benefit" is worthless and should be dumped as they are only interested in selling upgrades, constantly.

volume control
There is no way to set the loudness of AOL sounds, and they are MUCH TOO LOUD. Consequently, I disable sounds.

Since we can only block up to 1000 spam messages, how many can I accumulate without erasing.
