Avoid long waits on the phone and prevent dropped calls
Like other companies, implement an automated que call back service so customers don't have to wait on the phone to talk to customer service. Avoids the frustration of prolonged on hold AND the frustration when the on-hold call is dropped and the customer has to start all over again. Recently experienced several hang-ups and almost discontinued AOL as a result. Fortunately Mard was able to solve my connection problem or I was going drop AOL after 35 years.

I am so tired of opening an article and the Photo of the lead individual is NOWHERE to be found. It is occuring on the old time stars who are still alive. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time was on the ownership of yachts. Oprah was featured shown also was a bilious "Red" vessel and no info on this. I am **** tired of you featured failures. Maybe time to tell AOL adious.

Given that we can post birth dates in our address book, it would be great if AOL could post an alert on our Email address indicating that it is a person's birthday - Facebook currently does it. If the capability is feasible please notify us when it is in AOL Gold so we can enter the dates.

Get rid of the point system! It means nothing except a popularity contest and that is NOT what AOL is supposed to be!
The point system is a popularity contest and that's disgusting! If people don't like a post then, fine, thumbs down, but now giving points for the number of posts, the number of posts that are liked or read, is ridiculous, unfair, and totally disgusting. GET RID OF IT!

AOL Gold is as terrible as it's been since day 1. It sucks up so much memory, RAM, and resources that it makes both of my computers run very slowly. AOL has been promising to improve it since Day 1, and it never gets better. Every platform that AOL used before Gold worked so much better than this disaster.I'm glad that Verizon sold AOL so maybe the new owners will care enough to improve it.

tO ADD NAME TO GROUP SHOULD JUST ADD NAME AND THEN SAVE
To add name to group should just type in new contact info and hit save which worked in the old days. Now have to go through several steps to get new name in group. Much too complicated.

Change the Write to include it in the Library -like before -now I have to put it in manually
AOL Gold is not saving my new email customers automatically like before. Now I have to manually add them individually to my Library if I want them saved. This took place a few months ago. AOL is the only one where I have to do this. Now it is two steps. GMail does not have this feature you just installed a few months ago - they have only one step - type in the new email address & it goes automatically to the Library. sending problem
Initially the issue is that an email with a attachment (MP3) that had 13 valid cell numbers that is being sent out through vzwpix.com (internet for sounds) did not sent out totally getting 7 undeliverables that do not tie back to the cell. My complaint is that i just wasted my time with tech support and wanted me to re send the email one by one to identify which cell number did not go through.
