  1. When I go into text colors that you can highlite you go into customs to change from black to another color it never works, back to windows 7

    When I go to text colors going into custom and try to highlite a change of color it never will change, can't figure out why you techs set up a bummer for multiple problems, you should of just left well enough alone, just go back to windows 7, loved that version, windows is considered garbage in my book. Get rid of windows gold, it serves no purpose.

    Also when I am typing something to send in email and I send it out it will not send out the one I am trying to send it will copy something else that…

  6. FIX THIS THING!!!

    I don't know how many times I have gone to the SENT mail in the dropdown and clicked it and have lost the connection to AOL.Go ahead and do your regular fix, just merge this with something else and forget about it. AOL has really gone down hill lately. Are you trying to fix things that aren't broken?

    What's going on now!! I've tried several times to send pics from my phone and nothing is coming thru..Not the first time and AOL is so slow to respond! People laugh when I say I have AOL..they think it's a joke. They all say AOL is the worst of the worst..I believe it! Nothing is working and nothings being done about it.

  9. Font, Color Not working

    I cannot change the Font nor the color I want for emails.
    Sometimes cannot even Save a new Contact to my list. Why so much trouble. I have had AOL for the past 20 years & never had so much trouble. :(

  13. print function

    How about "ctrl P" OR "print" from the drop down menu (right click) OR the "Print" option from the "file" drop down menu. Please give us regular users the multiple options we can use.

    PS - "ctrl P" from the screen is currently NOT working - nor is the "Refresh mail" from the right click menu.

  16. Is AOL ever going to figure out why I keep getting reminders that have been deleted from my calendar years before?

    Venture out...get rid of GOLD....and come up with something where I can update my CALENDAR...I am still getting reminders that were deleted as much as five years ago! My calendar is next to worthless to me. If I add something, I begin getting multiple reminders...if I correct a reminder, I sometimes get it three or four times!!! ..and on different days!

    I think you should abandon Gold. It doesn't work for 48 hours and with numerous reboots I still can't get into welcome or my portfolios.All I get is {an error occurred while processing this directive} I am close to leaving aol if it this isn't fixed.

    Fix this **** gold. It is awful. My favorites all gone Emails keep popping up in the bottom right! I don't need them in the middle of what I'm doing. The list goes on. This is just plain bad. There was nothing wrong with the old one.
