browser can not open many URL's. Why are you telling me to clear my footprints and then you close the comment?? You tell me to clear the footprints with most things I complain about. I ALWAYS clear my browser right away with any problem I encounter. I also at times sign off AOL and even restart the computer. But any problem I have still exists after all of that. Please....STOP TELLING ME TO CLEAR MY BROWSER and address the real problem!

Somthing is wrong with a lot of your setups that you have on gold aol and it is terrible.
if I have a letter I am writing and I have another page up I am trying to send out it will place this into the letter I am writing, you can't have multiple pages on your screen, it messes up all the time. AOL 9.8.2 never did this, you have really ruined AOL program Go back to AOL 9.8.2 it was great in my book, loved it, I hate this AOL GOLD, looking for another program to replace AOL GOLD so I don't have to deal with your aol gold any longer. When I go into text colors that you can highlite you go into customs to change from black to another color it never works, back to windows 7
When I go to text colors going into custom and try to highlite a change of color it never will change, can't figure out why you techs set up a bummer for multiple problems, you should of just left well enough alone, just go back to windows 7, loved that version, windows is considered garbage in my book. Get rid of windows gold, it serves no purpose.

What's going on now!! I've tried several times to send pics from my phone and nothing is coming thru..Not the first time and AOL is so slow to respond! People laugh when I say I have AOL..they think it's a joke. They all say AOL is the worst of the worst..I believe it! Nothing is working and nothings being done about it.

Font, Color Not working
I cannot change the Font nor the color I want for emails.

How about "ctrl P" OR "print" from the drop down menu (right click) OR the "Print" option from the "file" drop down menu. Please give us regular users the multiple options we can use.
PS - "ctrl P" from the screen is currently NOT working - nor is the "Refresh mail" from the right click menu.
