That's right folks, AOL Gold is a mess whatever browser is used. It just becomes a messy case where AOL Gold works the worst, or not at all.

The new +1 in Address Book Phone Number is awful and annoying. I was told it was an update. Please revert back to the previous version

AOL is only server I know that charges you a monthly fee. Now they want to eliminate chat rooms, which as a disabled senior I use it a lot.
Guess I will finally drop AOL and change all my places where it is listed. What a rip off. Hate joining services with certain benefits that they charge you for and then they eliminate that benefit without compensation. Think we should all bombard the FCC with complaints about how misleading their practices are and how they rip off their customers,

AOL Gold has removed and disabled useful features and added dumb ones!
That's right. e.g. AOL Gold completely screwed up the "Favorites" bookmark side window function to where you now cannot organize or move your bookmark, yet AOL permanently added (and continues to add) their own advertising bookmarks which cannot be removed and WE PAY FOR THIS? AOL disabled the ability and the capability of photos to appear in received Email and now requires photos to be downloaded to be viewed. Sometimes this function crashes the program and requires a complete reboot. Now, what kind of thinking would promote a system program like that? Moreover, AOL touts many other virtually useless AOL…

Features only work if you can get AOL Gold to open at all. Waaay temperamental.
My idea? Fire the AOL Gold Techs who pay lip service rather than fix the built-in AOL Gold problems, of which it is rife. I wonder what it must be like for the paid employees of AOL Gold to live in denial and constantly just pass the Buck, rather then addressing the inherent faults in this program which they so gladly charge up for. Truly disappointing.

AOL CODE CURSOR
In the AOL Login Verification via Phone desktop/screen,
Please program the cursor to auto-navigate to the Verification Code field.
It is an ABSOLUTE TOTAL NUISANCE every time I login to AOL after receiving the code through my phone that I have to move and position the my Desktop cursor to enter the Verification Code in the field.
A simple programming task should not take months, years to fix.
I am very close to DELETING my AOL account and going to GOOGLE. -

When I save multiple messages on AOL Desktop Gold, I receive a confirmation. However, when I save only a single message, I do not receive a
When I save multiple emails from AOL Desktop Gold into a folder on AOL, I receive a small confirmation message from AOL. However, if I save only a single email, I do not receive that small confirmation. Can you kindly fix this? The confirmation is very helpful because if I accidentally save a message into the wrong folder, the confirmation alerts me to my error. If a mistake is made and I have no confirmation, I'll never find the message again. Thank you for considering this.
