PLEASE stop posting photos of abused animals on welcome screen!
Many AOL users keep asking AOL to stop posting photos of abused or starving animals on the Welcome Screen, yet AOL continues to do so. There is no way to opt out of seeing these horrific photos, so you sign onto AOL and the first thing you see is a photo of an abused dog or other animal. I'm not sure any AOL administrator actually sees our requests on this because all we ever get is the robotic answer, "Thank you for your feedback." I don't like to have to download Adobe to play games.
I want to play the free games that AOL offers, but I do not want to download Adobe in order to do it. There should be an automatic connection to Adobe Flash Player when I click on the Games icon. I'm 79 years old and I tried to get the Player, but the questions, the criteria, the method were all so complicated that I just gave up. Even Chat didn't help - all I was told was that I had to download Adobe Flash Player and just follow the instructions, which led me back to the questions, the criteria, and…

Beta 2738 Just installed and WON'T LET ME SEND EMAIL WITHOUT "TO:" field!!
AOL has ALWAYS allowed me to send BLIND CC's WITHOUT a USERID in the to: field ..
Iv'e used this for over 10 years without having to put anything in that field,
I need that back... WHO's BLIND userid can I put in that very public field?
I consider this A BUG.. -

When AOL is having a problem-i.g: no favorites or custom toolbar-email us a notice so that we know it's not our computer.
For the 4th day, I have no favorites or custom tool bar! I have spent over 4 hours with different techs to fix this problem. FINALLY this A.M. the tech told me it was an AOL/Microsoft problem--not my computer.
It would not be terrible for AOL CORPORATE to have the decency to send an alert or email to their customers that it's not the customer's computer. It would be nice for the customer not to have to spend HOURS AND HOURS with a tech, --for no results possible. -

It has become apparent to me over the last couple years AOL is doing minimal maintenance on their site and I am getting to the end of putting up with this poor quality site since Verizon has taken over. If you people don't start spending some money on all the problems you have on this site I plan on dropping my account.

emoji idea
I've written this idea before and have not seen a response. On most devices that offer wmoji's, it does not close the window when you select the emoji. I often like to insert several at a time. Could you please leave the emoji box open until I'm finished selecting emoji's?
Also, I would really be a good thing if when I select, "Mark as Unread" you would let the text go to bold again. This way I can see which emails I've marked to reply or deal with at a later date.

IF AOL HAD A PROGRAM TO SEND ONLY MY AOL E MAIL TO MY MOBILE DEVICES FOR $5 OR $10,A MONTH, i WOULD GLADLY DO IT. BUT I DO NOT WANT AOL'S ENTIRE PROGRAM ON MY MOBILES. DON'T WANT MY MOBILES CLUTTERED WITH ADS, ETC.
