  1. Cancelled TV Shows: Effective Immediately - Freezes Screen

    After the first screen in the articles under the above category the screen freezes and a dissertation based on what appears to be a Microsoft site screen freezes the system. There is a box at the bottom to 'call' someone. This appears to be a scam. I used ctrl-alt-delete and cancelled the AOL task to get out of it. Clean up your act!

    Latest Headlines. Over the last 2 days I can only access AOL News and non of the other options. Why are they offered if not available, and why does an alternate selection always defaults back to AOL News.

    If this happens again, press CTRL+Z keyboard combinations immediately. That will undo the latest change and bring back the accidentally deleted text.

    If you opened the Zoom option under Edit on the top left corner simply click anywhere outside that window and it will disappear.

  5. Staff training: efficient customer SERVICE focus

    Your online how to change password instructions are incorrect (No Account Security page/link-- it goes to Log In screen, without Change Password option).

    I called for assistance, Tina asked more than 6 verification questions without starting pw change. I asked her to focus on resetting my password but she said more 'verification" was needed. When I did not have the last 4 digits of my credit card payment handy, she said I didn't know the answers so she couldn't reset the password. I said I answered more than 6 questions already and spent 30+ minutes trying to update my pw,…

  6. Manage mail listings better.

    Please fix the jumble where mail is listed. I am IT professional. You can do better. There is no way to correct the jumble except to exit AOL and restart. Crude programming.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The engineering team is currently working to resolve this.

    As a workaround, scroll down to the ‘LOCAL NEWS AND WEATHER’ section on the AOL homepage, type your zip code into the location box, and press ENTER on your keyboard, as opposed to clicking on the Save button.

  8. Continue to get email supposedly from AOL saying all accounts will be deleted

    Question-- Continue to get email supposedly from AOL saying all accounts will be deleted. Feel this is just spam, band it now goes into spam folder, but guess I am sending this as surprised that AOL does not stop it from even making it to my spam folder. Just checking to get confirmed info that this is spam which I feel sure it is!!

    LATINO 50 Y PICO CHAT FREEZES CONSTANTLY, IS TOO SLOW, CAN'T TYPE FAST IT FREEZES. IF A MEMBERS IS IN THE CHAT INACTIVE, AOL QUICK OUT THE NICK, AND CHANGES THE SETTINGS, FONT, COLOR, THIS IS BIG MESS, WE NEED A BETTER SOFTWARE, BROWSER. PREVIEWS AOL WAS THE BEST!!

  12. Up-date AOL Gold?? to be compatible with Southwest airlines website--

    Again--up-date AOL Gold??(yeah right) to be compatible with the Southwest airlines website--they keep showing an "error" message when searching for fares--SWA will work when I use Google Chrome instead!! What does that tell AOL???

    Please access myaccount.aol.com and check if you are paying for an AOL or an Oath related product.

  16. whenever I search for emails coming from c- , the only emails that I can obtain are one's that I have sent, not received

    whenever I search in AOL Gold for emails, I can only obtain sent (TO) emails, not received emails. I can do both when accessing AOL through another browser.

    Make sure you select the correct folder when you use the search option. When you search for an email, the program will use the folder you’re in at the moment.

  17. Improve AOL atrocious HELP service --- it is next to non-existent

    Why does AOL continue to ***** around with my sign on using either of my addresses. Now I can sign on to *******@aol.com. I am told that the account I've had for more than 10 years doesn't exist.k & why am I taking this approach to say that -- because the HELP page doesn't respond. That there is the problem that on several sites i must use, I can't because AOL can't hand them or do things needs to use that site. I've about had it --- How;s tat for and idea.

    If you are looking to send a webpage in an email click on the heart icon and select Insert in mail from the menu.
