The secure WiFi program is worthless. Have 5 bars and your program fails every time.
It would be nice if the secure public WIFi program actually worked. It did work a little for a while. Kept dropping out and now doesn't work at all. The connectivity test passes but the program fails to connect at all. I have a solid 5 bars on a campground WIFi but can not connect at all to your WiFi security software. It's worthless so far!!

McAfee not user friendly
I am enrolled in McAfee Security as provided via AOL Gold. I am not very happy with McAfee. When I initiate a scan of my computer, the app runs for hours with out any indication of what it is doing, finding or how far along it is on the completion of the scan. The old Super Antivirus Spyware was a much more user friendly and informative app.

Menu keeps popping up
PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This menu box keeps popping up with every click of my mouse...
(Back, Forward, Refresh, Undo, Redo, Select All, Create Shortcut, View Source, Print, Print Preview, Add to Favorites, Properties, Pop Ups). It is popping up while I am typing this feedback. It is quite annoying. I have to click on another spot on the screen to make it go away and then I have to re-click to try to get to where I was going. Delay in getting email on desktop
I can't see any emails after mid-August from the AOL desktop. Emails show up much faster on the mobile app and in other apps using my AOL account. On the desktop, whether on the AOL desktop or by going to aol.com, there is a serious lag in the time an email shows up.

Need installer
Not sure how but my son lost AOL gold on his computer it's a blank white icon, we tried downloading online but it wants me to pay for another membership? Copied the installer from my laptop to a flash drive tried installing it tells us that both my screenname and his are not valid on the client or something along those lines. I pay for AOL every month, it's not due to be paid for a few days... How can I reinstall his aol gold so that he doesn't lose anything he saved on aol?
