How do I retrieve comments to articles and also comments made to my comments
To see the comments on the posts you have on this forum, click on “My feedback” on the top right corner of the page.
In case you want to see the comments to your posts from the AOL News articles, first open a news article, then click on your Nickname above the comment section, and select Profile.

Why can't you post these feedback comments in chronological order? It would be helpful to see the most recent comments and not have to scroll through all of them.

i'M IN MY EMAIL SWITCHING FROM ONE TO ANOTHER AND IT IS GONE....WOULD YOU PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WITH THIS VERSION OF AOL.....
Please refresh the mailbox. Click on Mial option > Refresh Mailbox.

Answer emails from customers with security concerns...really its not that hard!
I don't see another location on AOL's website for this question/concern. This certainly appears to be a phishing attempt.

AOL GOLD is a total mess. Even Technical Support hangs up on you. Chated with John and Jennifer today and they dont know what to tell you

Here we go again
When I log on to aol gold I have 89 emails listed I can only see 2. When I get off aol gold and log on via explorer I can see all my mail, nuts This has been an issue for a long time have talked to several of your gold techs, they always tell me it is fixed IT IS NOT. If this was a billing issue with you not being able to get paid, YOU WOULD HAVE IT FIXED TODAY, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND SO DOES GOLD
Try refreshing the mailbox. Click on the Mail option on the top of the desktop screen and select Refresh Mailbox from the drop-down menu.
If the problem persists, please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to further investigate this issue. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send. -

Hello there, please follow the steps below in order to update your method of payment:
1. Go to myaccount.aol.com using an external browser (Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer) and sign in with your master Username and password.
2. Click My Wallet.
3. Click Payment Methods.
4. Here, you may edit a card already on file or add a new payment method.
Note: If you have selected a Debit card on file, you will be asked to type the words – I Agree – in the Type “I Agree” box before clicking Save. If you have clicked Add a New Payment Method instead of using a payment on file, you will be presented with the following screen:
Once you have completed adding your new payment details, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. After your payment method is changed for your subscription, remove the payment method you no longer want on…

EMAIL IS ALL MIXED BY NOT IN ORDER BY MONTH OR YEAR DIFFICULT TO GET TODAYS EMAIL DATES ARE CONSTANTLY MIXED UP AND NOT IN ORDER I KEEP SENDING MESSAGES AND CALLING TO JUST GO BACK TO THE OLD AOL OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO GO ANOTHER ROUTE.

Hi there, you can Ignore this user by selecting his username from the list of chat members, and then clicking the “Ignore User” button on the right side.

I would like to copy and paste my names from my address book into a word processor but it will not let do that.
BE able to copy the names in my address book and put it on a work processor.
This feature is currently unavailable but as a workaround, you can click on the Edit option for each contact and then copy the email addresses individually and paste them into your word processor.

Browser Settings - choices are grayed out and can not be checked off.
I was just given these instructions once again: "Click on Edit – Browser Settings – Pop-ups (tab) and check “Block All Web Pop-Ups” "
BUT......... I can not do this because Block Web Pop-ups in Browser Settings has been grayed out since I got this AOL Gold program despite numerous complains.. Download History is also grayed out.
Can someone fix this please. I've complained many times for the last few months and called tech who could not help me.I have also cleared my browsing history which really hasnothing to do with this.
In order to check “Block All Web Pop-Ups” first select the “Pop-ups” tab on the top of the Browser Settings window.
The grayed out “Blocked Pop-ups” and Download History are under the Security tab in Browser Settings.

I signed up to pay for a subscription so I could keep the old mail format. Well you changed it and it's horrible, going to switch
I wanted the features that you could copy email without indent, add photos easily. now half the time the mail does not load right why am i paying for this service? it's horrible

Currently, we don’t have an estimated time frame, but we hope the majority of the features our members are asking for will be implemented soon.
To embed an image in an email click the Picture icon in the mail compose window then choose the image you would like to insert.
Regarding the loading mail issue please refresh the mailbox. Click the Mail option on the top of the desktop screen and select Refresh Mailbox from the drop-down menu. If you still encounter issues please call the AOL Desktop Gold team at 1-888-265-3733.

Make your AOL Calendar syncable with Android and iPad devices.

Please clear the Footprints in the new AOL Desktop. Here’s how:
a. In the top left corner of the AOL Desktop window, click “Edit” then choose “Select Footprints to Clear” from the drop-down menu.
Select “Clear Footprints” from the Browser Settings.No need to wait for a confirmation message, the Footprints will be cleared immediately.

"From Our Partners" but you can't read the story.
Why do you even put this on your site. I click on it to read a story and it goes nowhere! I hear a "click" but the screen stays the same, doesn't move, doesn't flicker like it wants to go to the story. If you won't let you paying subscribers read the story then do away with the "From Our Partners"!
Please try to clear the Browser Footprints in order to solve the issue:

I can't seem to delete emails as quickly now under GOLD. Very slow process
I want the capability of deleting all of the emails that I have sent to certain people by sorting the emails and then selecting the group that I want to DELETE. It is too time consuming deleting one by one.
Click one of the column headings to sort messages by email address, date or subject. The column header will display an up arrow to indicate the list is being sorted in ascending order or a down arrow to indicate the list is sorted in descending order. Once you have the emails sorted you can delete multiple emails by highlighting one email, hold down the shift key, and highlight the last email from the same sender or date.

You closed my feed back and want me to call you again. I have talked with someone the gold 4 times on this issue. They have said it is fixed, with no info on what was fixed. Just so you know, it has not been fixed. I do not have time to be on hold for an hour, I have a life that includes work, and other things Just fix the issues
