  2. Does anyone read these? Every time I write an email it keeps jumping all around. That is only the beginning. Please clean up the bugs!!!!

  3. unwanted e mail senders which refuse to allow opt out feature. also many senders are click bait operators or have invalid scam addresses

    allow subscribers to remove click bait and scam operators. my daily box is flooded and I can't remove those from future sendings.

  4. Why are deleted emails on my android AOL (Google Pixel 7 Pro) not deleted on my windows 11 AOL App?... It's is vey annoying!

  5. Go back to the old version. Really tired of chasing emails all over the screen. Email is no place for embedded ads that control the screen.

  6. Please restore old, basic format. The new one is frustrating, hard to use and just plain dysfunctional! Otherwise I will look elsewhere.

  9. How about stories based on Science and technolgy. Not politics and celebrities. I would rather know about the natural world.

    I prefer to read about Sea life, prehistoric life or history or space news.

  11. Can you please give us an "unread" folder OPTION? I don't like my "read" and "unread" mail, all being in the same box.

    I need my read and unread mail in different places after I've opened them already. Can you please give us the option to have folders that contains completely new as well as already read email?

  16. something us seriously messed up and needs to be addressed. I've gotten week or more old emails pop up LATE, read/old mail won't move, etc.

    Either go back to previous version or do something to fix/patch the bugs in new version.

  18. I like the old AOL it was very clear where is the sent button? you have to push 1800 100 things and then you finally finally find it

    I like the old look and feel of AOL this is way too hard to find things.... like they sent button and what does starred even mean?
