App tells me I have to update my iPhone to use the app on my iPad. But I don’t have an iPhone. So now I can’t use the app on my iPad? Not r!
Please take into account that not everyone has an iPhone. Nor can I buy one just so I can use the AOL app on my iPad.

In App Store, please post the functioning AOL App BACK UPDATE Oval (not the OPEN oval app) so AOL runs stable on iPhone 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.

Dear America On Line AOL and Apple app developers, My Apple I-pad App will suddenly not allow any access to AOL to work nor open in any way

It’s telling me that I need to update and I don’t have a password cuz I’ve had it for years but it won’t let me reset it either,
It says I need to update the app but it won’t let me reset my password and I have important things I need to read. Everyone I know has this email 🤷♀️help please

Why would you push out an update that blocks older devices not running ios17!!! I am now locked out of my email I have had for 30 years!!!!
This is RIDICULOUS! You pushed out an app update to everyone & anyone who can not update to iOS 17 on their older device is SCREWED!! No warning, nothing!!! The blue pop up can’t be dismissed!! This is total BS!!

You have decided to use iOS 17 which my iPhone doesn’t have the hardware for so I can’t access my email account when in the process of purchasing a property and needing to send and receive emails from solicitors and estate agents is outrageous I have had no warning just randomly locked out of my account I can not afford to replace my phone at the moment so options needed so idea leave alone what already works if it ain’t broke don’t fix it don’t bother replying as I won’t be able to access email to read thanks very much

I can no longer access my mail because you are asking me to update your app on iPhone to version 17.0 . I do not have an iPhone and my ipa
I cannot access my mail because I am being prompted to update my iPhone to 17. The problem is, I don’t use a mobile device other than my iPad. It is fully updated to 16.7. You need to fix this immediately. Someone didn’t think this through. Sign me out as disgruntled. I will never use aol again. Goodbye.

Can’t access email - I have an iPhone 8 - not able to access iOS17
8-31-2026 Hello, I have been a customer with AOL since your company took over the accounts for Verizon.net.
I just tried to access my email on the AOL account and a pop up stated I need to us iOS17 or higher.
I can only access my emails through my iPhone 8, which is only iOS16.7.16.
Please help. I am not able to access emails, anymore.
My financial institution, M & T Bank also did this where they went to the iOS17 and then they realized there were many valued clients with older iPhones where those clients were not able to…

Unable to send email
I am unable to send out email to s company that has sent me numerous emails. For unnknown reasons it sends it back to “drafts”. Care@altrx.com is where i am trying to send it. My email address is bngmckenzie

AOL freezes
Hello for as long as I have had an iPhone which has been years I find that AOL freezes at least several times a week when I click Mail and it starts to load the actual mail. There is nothing that can be done. You can’t close out the window. The only thing I find that works is holding the power button to speak and telling Apple to shut down. It’s a huge annoyance and I don’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed.

When I delete an Email, the previous Email ( the one on top) will automatically turn grey meaning that I have already read that Email but that never happened. Very frustrating! Because I have to go to that Email and mark unread.
