automated voice recognizing system
voice recognizing system does not respond immediately to the answer for the question:" what is the first 3 letters of your email account". Sometimes I say it and they don't connect me, and sometimes I then type the letters MWT and it doesn't connect me to tech help. Finally, after multiple times of doing these things, it connects me but it takes too long and is very frustrating when they just don't connect! Please tix this!

Can you make AOL mail to allow more than one account on a browser so I can see both accounts by switching tabs?
I have four AOL email accounts and am using Chrome browser. When I open another tab and then another aol account, it always defaults back to the first opened account. I want to see both at the same time in different tabs on the same browser . . . PLEASE :-)

Allow a person to select visible emails. Allowing to "select all" when there are 20,000 emails is dumb. This is simple please DO IT!!!!

Be fair and objective in evaluating comments form people.
On a daily basis, my comments/appeals have been rejected regardless of what I post. This has taken place for over a year and a half with no explanation why. I have seen other comments far worse that are allowed.
I can post "Good Morning" and the comment is almost immediately rejected. I can post exact information from an article on AOL and it is rejected. WHY?92nd ranked -

aol has a glitch in the system, it does not recognize my phone number suddenly, the same one I have used for more than 14 years. If cannot access the help tech support when I need it I may as well switch to yahoo or some other free service.

Security options in AOL are of no sense. Now, to add MFA, I am forced to add a send email or telephone number, but that is not all. I have to download an encrypted password, which if lost, I can’t get access to my account. Really? Of course, my option was to discard all these options and take the risk of being hacked.

No Service and Runaround on AOL Phone Numbers for Assistance
Answer your phones when a paid member is calling, I have been on hold for 40 minutes, 6 times in 3 days. No AOL response, no call back, no human being yet asked to take a survey, seriously?
