2. Be fair and objective in evaluating comments form people.

   On a daily basis, my comments/appeals have been rejected regardless of what I post. This has taken place for over a year and a half with no explanation why. I have seen other comments far worse that are allowed.
   I can post "Good Morning" and the comment is almost immediately rejected. I can post exact information from an article on AOL and it is rejected. WHY?

3. when i call your AOL numbers it does not recognize my phone number. r

   aol has a glitch in the system, it does not recognize my phone number suddenly, the same one I have used for more than 14 years. If cannot access the help tech support when I need it I may as well switch to yahoo or some other free service.

5. AOL Homepage Editors: Stop Being So Biased!

   For years, each morning, I have relied on AOL news for updated information and current events in our country and around the world. However, I have noticed that the types of news articles available are constantly and consistently one-sided and show extreme bias. I have tried to leave comments on particular articles indicating unethical bias in the media that AOL shares, but my comments have been blocked.
   I want the AOL Homepage Editors to stop selecting one-sided news and start showing both sides of a conflict.
   Every morning sometime after October 7, 2023, AOL has only portrayed Israel as being the aggressor. There are NEVER any articles as to what really happened first. There are NEVER any articles about the good that Israel and the Jewish People do. There are NEVER any articles that show how innocent people in Israel are being bombed and killed each day.
   When Sinwar was killed, I did not see any article about that story, except seeing pro-Palestinian protesters crying and mourning the loss.
   How is your selection of articles for AOL viewers ethical?
   Media Ethics 101-show BOTH sides to each story.
   Stop consistently selecting one-sided stories.
   You are assisting in creating a HATEFUL world, one filled with anger, and resentment, and full of antisemitic hate-fueled bias.
   As an AOL fan, I am so disgusted by your news selections each day.
   It's to the point that I actively search for that anti-Israel biased articles, and don't you know- I find one each and every day.

6. security option are nonsense

   Security options in AOL are of no sense. Now, to add MFA, I am forced to add a send email or telephone number, but that is not all. I have to download an encrypted password, which if lost, I can’t get access to my account. Really? Of course, my option was to discard all these options and take the risk of being hacked.

   Answer your phones when a paid member is calling, I have been on hold for 40 minutes, 6 times in 3 days. No AOL response, no call back, no human being yet asked to take a survey, seriously?

12. Problem with AOL Mail

    AOL at of 4:00 pm on 9/23/2024 has blocked any incoming email that does not originate from AOL. My senders are on my contacts list and no one is blocked. This jus happened all of a sudden after one email was received successfully. I have done everything I can on AOL. Please help.

15. Customer Service Reps. are Limited, Causing Resolution Delay

    1. Please provide your 800 number to contact your "escalation department" directly for case resolution. This escalation dept. 800 number is being concealed and refused upon request, making this paying customer wait without any timeline for account problem resolution.

    My email sub account password stopped working so I called and verified my master account. Aya gave me a sub-account temporary password and it allowed me to create a new password. Aya was very helpful.

    However, after Aya's call ended, about an hour and a half later , my sub-account sign-in denied my new password. When I called back, Gilbert said he could not verify my sub-account was mine. I said that I pay AOL every month and Aya already verified. He told me he can verify my master account and I said my sub-account would not be paid for without my master account being paid by me every month (I've owned these accounts for over fourteen years). Gilbert asked his more experienced service rep. and after an hour told me he had to escalate my case (giving me a case #). But he would not transfer me to the escalation department and he told me he could not give out the 800 number for that department.

    This is frazzling. I was told my sub-account could not be verified as mine even when I pay for it every month? And then, I was told that I can't call the escalation department? Why not? I called customer service to resolve the problem, not to be told someone will call me back without telling me when.

    My cell phone routes directly to voicemail if it doesn't recognize the caller so I am literally sitting by my phone all day. This is terrible. AOL please improve your rules and allow Gilbert to transfer me to the escalation department or publish your 800 number for that department directly. Gosh, what a waiting game they forced me into but they want their payment from me the minute it is due with no delay. C'mon AOL! Why hide your escalation department from customers? (if it exists). Waiting, and more waiting and the wait and more wait. Aya got it right but someone overruled her to make me wait and wait. This is disappointing customer service conduct so please improve it.

16. I have been very frustrated for a loooooong time w these things...

    PLEEEEEAS put an "x" in the Mail Search Box. It is soooo inconvenient to have to highlight and delete what I last searched for, even to get back to my full INBOX.

    Your stars that identify which email I choose are important to me are sooooooooooooooooooo small on computer, AND ESPECIALLY on cellphone. It is soooooooooo cumbersome|!!!!!!!

    And, I do not understand why you do not have different colors of stars or flags so a person can differentiate between what is important, critical and valuable for the future!!!!!!!

    The are SUCH OBVIOUSLY valuable features, I haven't written because I thought it was sooooooooo obvious, and thought it must be beyond your programmers' capabilities, but how can that be, when they are such BASICALLY USEFUL features!!!!!!!!!!!! Are your programmers just not up to snuff in their training?

    If my account is hacked and they get your stupid question you will not know the difference of what number is put in. I could or anyone put in any number which makes no difference. Stop using phone numbers.
