Email Filter by Date Rage
The email filters are quite basic. It would be very useful to have a filter that allows the user to filter by date range and then action something like move to a folder.
For example: Email received between 01/01/24 - 01/03/24 move to folder "Quarter 1".
This functionality would be very useful.

Outlook emails not being received by AOL SMTP issue
Outlook emails not being received by AOL SMTP issue. Emails from Outlook are bouncing back when they are sent to AOL recipients. SMTP protocol negotiations are failing. It's a vendor issue!

Why can I not select the font, and size, of text in the new arrangement? I can only get a small number of options, 'tiny, small, Large, x-Large and Huge' and Modern, Modern Wide, Classic, Classic Wide, Courier New, Garamond and Lucida Console. A poor choice, which has already compromised by business address (see below) which looks awful now.

Increase the size of the box in Reply email available to write in the text. This was not a problem with the old email
Increase the size of the text box by reducing the height of the other boxes on the page: AOL banner inc search bar, From box, To box, Subject line box, and Send box at bottom

Extend the number of spam email addresses that I'm able to block - preferably to an unlimited amount, not just 1000 email addresses. 1000 email addresses is just a ridiculously arbitrary number. In the real world, most of us get spam from more than 1000 spammers.

Get back to the previous version of emails
My Signature (used for 30 years) went haywire after your recent changes. I cannot reduce the wide line spacing or use the same font/colour I had previously. Why can't such simple tasks be available? Why have I had to waste so much time trying to get back to the status quo? The whole things is out of hand. One shouldn't change systems until they have been rigorously tested.

Make it possible to add a contact to a group.
I cannot add one of my existing contacts to an email group. A basic action I would have thought. COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now i havw to remember to separately email all those I would like to be in the group bu can't be added. How ridiculous is that?????? AOL, does your A stand for abysmal?

Stop blocking users from posting comments, when they did NOTHING wrong.
Far too long users are abusing the reporting tool to silence users who make good points. Look at my posts blocked AOL. Go for it. You will see logical, respectful comments, that are honest and true. Yet every time I post 5 mins later I am told I can't comment anymore because my comments have been blocked by too many.
So saying "MAGA needs to stop with the blind devotion" is a violation of the community standards?. I checked the TOS and it said it was fine to post.

How to access replies????
How about putting a place at the top of the comments page so a person can find replies to comments? Why is this so hard?
I cannot access any replies because I can't find out where they are? They used to go to email, where are they now? A simple link at the top of each comments page would be great!91st ranked -

By making it possible for one to create an 'alias' email address of one's choice. For instance, this can very easily be done by Mail.Com.
Make it possible for one to create an "Alias" AOL email address, as say at: www.mail.com/ where one merely writes in an alias email and can then switch between the main email address, and your alias email address. (I am surprised that for so very many years on the Internet, AOL has not done this; whilst Mail.com and other recent platforms can so easily do this. [By the way, I am NOT CRITICISING you. I am merely surprised]. :)!

Alert system doesn't work correctly.
Whenever I click on an alert that someone liked or responded to my comment, it brings up the story, then the comment, then it kicks it back to other comments and condenses the one I got the alert for. Basically, any comment with more than a few comments ends up hidden and I have to click "more comments" a dozen times and find the comment again to respond.

AOL app not working with new Samsung Android 13 dowload
AOL needs to update phone app for Android 13. Samsung pushed new Android 13 and the AOL email app works horribly. When replying to a messsage, the message repeatedly drops to the bottom of the original message. After scrolling back to the top and typing a few words, it drops again. Repeat and repeat. There are also small little characters on each line, a small box with obj in it. Reinstalling the app is the only thing the help desk knows to do. It does not work, trust me, we have tried multiple times, just hoping AOL did an update.…
