SPAM FOLDER COLUMNS ARE WRONG AGAIN...TECHS CONTINUE TO PLEASE THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF AOL LONG-TIME SUBSCRIBERS. NEED TO PUT BACK "DELETE ALL" IN SENDER COLUMN & NOT BY SUBJECT!! AOL CAN'T KEEP OUT SPAM, YET PUT MANY OF MY LONG-TERM ADDRESSES INTO SPAM FOLDER & VICE VERSA. If I am logged into my account. Why do I have to sign in to post a comment.
I am logged into my account. I read my mail. I start reading news items on the home page. When I try to comment, I get a message that says "sign in to post." Tell me again what I am paying for. Fix this or give me my monthly money back.

Posting opposite opinion
When I try to present an opposing opinion on a news article; sometimes my post gets rejected, saying your post doesn't adhere to our community standards; but I can't find how I am violating any of them. No cursing, no making fun of or bullying the other person. In fact, my post is just as respectful as the first poster, but mine gets rejected, and his stays up. The only difference in our comments seems to be that he/she is politically on the left, while mine is more conservative leaning. The only reason I can guess, is, that like Facebook,…

Possible Spam
I am getting AOL email saying AOL is updating it's mailbox and if I don't do certain things I may lose the email in my mailbox. Is this true, or is it spam? I tried to ask this question in other ways, and I didn't find any. It is hard to find a way to ask questions on AOL.

Charging for help?
How about if someone has lost access to their account you NOT CHARGE THEM. What the **** kinda BS is this? I need my account reset because I can't remember the password. I go to get help only to find out that I have to sign up for it and pay yall. No chance.

When editing a contact's info - it is currently impossible to save. Shouldn't have to delete and reenter!!!
