ACT on my request for service to fix my problem!
Allow me to comment on articles. ALL my comments are rejected and my appeals are denied with one second of submission, so obviously this is a software problem. There is no human intervention by AOL.

Help with fixing my issue on an android phone
I can NOT view or post comments any longer on my android phone while reading articles on AOL news. The comments will work on a desktop, but NOT on my mobile device.

GET SOME TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO FIX THE ARTICLE COMMENT ISSUES
Why do I need an AOL account when there is ZERO technical support available? I have called twice now and posted, as hundreds of other users have...that the Comments no longer come up, and the Comment Posting does not come up. When are you going to fix this, if ever?

KNOW SENIORS HAVE MEMORY ISSUES
If your paid member has been a member for a very long time when security was different and two step was not available and they grew old with you. Your members should be able to work with seniors that forget what pet they had or security questions from 35 years ago. I verified who I was and because I moved from when I first signed up with AOL in the 90s they can not verify me by the humiliating biometrics scan, because my old address doesn't match. when you click on the email square and then click the Spam so it goes to Spam, it opens

Hello. The name Catherine appears when I type my email in the To box, when trying to send myself an email.
I do not know how to remove the name Catherine, which pops up, instead of my email address, when I try to send myself an email.

Problems
when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..
but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??
I can delete it but not move mail from new mail.I'm using a Samsung phone android operating system..
this has been going on for 2+ weeks very frustrating?

Improve language skills of your Customer Support Team
Ensure that employees dealing with AOL customers calling in for assistance are capable of adequately expressing themselves in English. I admit to wearing a hearing aid, but even my daughter, who has normal hearing, was unsure as to the responses being provided by your customer support person. We were both in doubt that he fully understood the problem I was describing to him.

You might want to think twice about allowing advertising from CheapAutoRates as they are nothing but FRAUD phishers getting personal information & then immediately while you are still waiting for someone to answer CheapAutoRates number ie., 773-754-3097,you start getting immediate fake phone numbers from fraud phishers ie., 833-888-1218 & 844-212-0018. They're NOT legitimate. Why would you even do that AOL?. How desperate are you to do that to your customers? BAD !

I attempted, with little to no success, to describe the problem to your agent. In the past 2+ months I have received awards of 70 spam/phishing emails relating to cloud storage, each sent from a different email address. The following is a partial listing the the email addresses used:

Allow emails forwarded to me to reach my inbox
Emails that others try to forward to me are generating an undeliverable status to them and I am not seeing them in email or even in spam. Please allow others to forward emails to me. Reply works and composing new messages seem to work also - just the forwards stopped working with the last update.

Stop losing emails that I spent literally two hours composing. As soon as I'm able, I'll sue you for all you're worth, and put you out of business. N.B. There is nowhere else to post this complaint.
