Unfortunately, far too often that hasn't guaranteed a positive outcome!
And, I'm not making this a racial issue!What I'm concerned about is the frequency with which lethal force is used in instances where it is not only unnecessary, but also when it is most likely illegal!

Poor tech maintenance of community discussion boards!
Have recently had increasing problems accessing the post/reply fields in AOL community discussion boards, so I'm not able to post or reply. Also, when contacting AOL Help Chat... agents apparently have NO ability to advise as to WHY, or HOW to correct the problem! It's kind of pointless to have a Help Chat... if they're not able to help at all!

Instructions for setting up outlook as a desktop agent is sparse and incomplete
The help suggests Outlook as a desktop app can be configured to work. It worked right up until you change the authentication scheme. It also references app specific passwords as a solution but fails to explain what apps OR how Outlook and AOL will know. I created a password for outlook, it does not work. The help fails to explain if the name placed on the password matters and if it does how exactly. What do I tell Outlook about that password if anything? My accounts are from Verizon, the help suggests that I must use specific POP/IMAP names/ports. Sadly,…

Your browser is good for nothing get a better One
Hello, I cant have a new tab, browser keeps the one is open and don't let open a new one, like if I want to put the url address keeps showing the one is open, want to use a new tab, and don't work, is been about a year that I been reporting this malfunction of your horrible browser. Provide disable newsfeed "Today on AOL" when signing in
Provide disable newsfeed "Today on AOL" when signing in. It says that this feature can easily be disabled by going to Options, select mail settings, general, un-check the "Show me Today on AOL when signing in" in feature. Doesn't work. Still get 50-60 news' daily! Please help!

problem with automated system when calling AOL
When calling in AOL, the automated system asks me for the first 3 letters of my email. It is abs and the system asks me to repeat multiple times before sending me to an agent. Would like this fixed. Thanks so much.
