Please stop making the mail viewing experience stressful by trying to force Ads on customers. If one does not like an Ad and gives feedback they do not prefer it, stop forcing that same ad on a person.

    You'd rather make users angry to the point they leave AOL than cut down on parasitic ads. The one that appears in New Mail and fools people to click on it is the worst. #Hateaol

    I'm sick to death of outlook.com and Hotmail.com violating my mailbox with their sick filthy sex sites I'm not a prude but don't want family to see this garbage. Nobody seems to be able to stop it. You need a better spam filter

    This is the only and I mean ONLY email that doesn't allow one to block email addresses.

    AOL refuses to address spam. Its ridiculous how much better Gmail is.. I have both and can't compare.

    Today yet again I'm plagued with irritating and annoying spam my private e mail must have been sold on contravening my data protection. I received one mail today from a sex site which I've never used and wouldn't want to. I'm no prude but this is disgracefull I sincerely hope you report this to the authorities it's the lowest of the low absolute **** I'm fuming mad aol has sunk to an all time low its about time you took customer care seriously and listened .
