Stop the profanity

Please use basic filtering and stop filling my email inbox up with tons of unwanted pornographic emails ads. I know AOL has a filter system that will work because it keeps trying to get me to signup for a pricey filter.

These sexually implied e mails I get , are from a disgruntled hacker that was taken off my social media! This needs to be taken down!! My e mail is not affected, but our other E mail is the one we are getting these vile spam messages !!

Fix the SPAM functions. I have an email that comes to me daily from the FAA that ends up in my spam folder every time. For the past month I have been marking it as not spam and it still ends up in the spam folder. If a person marks it as not spam then take their word for it and quit making it such a hassle to work with AOL mail.

I did not sign up for it. I do not want it. I do not want to open it, only to discover a fake unsubscribe feature

I set a filter to move to Trash an automatically-generated email with a certain subject from a good sender. Unfortunately, sometimes AOL thinks it's junk and files it there. That's not where I want it. I'd like to disable my junk filtering, for it often is falsely tripped on other emails as well.

I am a married woman. And I am also a Christian woman. I keep getting VERY VERY inappropriate emails from sex workers. Are we serious right now aol? This stuff is so disgusting. This is full violation of the trust I have in you guys. My feelings are hurt really bad. I’ve had this account since I was 18 years old. I’m 38 now. You guys are trashing our good 20 year history. I don’t want to see this stuff. I know it’s spam but important messages go there too. Please help this situation for me. I beg of you!

3 wks ago I started my refinance with Rocket Mortgage. Now, I have a constant barrage of their ads. WTF? I'm already their customer!!!

Provide an answer that is user-friendly please! Not instructions on how to filter as I've already tried this and your filters are not working for the past year!

STOP sexually explicit content from my spam folder. Your filters are NOT working after repeated attempts over the past year. I DO NOT want to have to continually block senders that use verbiage such as "sex" "*****" "****" "*****" or anything similar to that type of horrible stuff. This is disgusting to me and I believe that you should be able to set filters for me at my account level. I am disgusted to keep having MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY to have to delete this disgusting stuff.
