Stop adding ads between emails in inbox
The ads at the top of the inbox emails are enough - please remove the ads that are inserted in BETWEEN emails. These ads can't be removed and they get in the way of everything. They bump the emails around the ad, are distracting, are irrelevant, and so annoying that I am considering switching from AOL to another email provider.

Whatever happened to "Stationery" in the compose section of emails?
We had 'stationery' to send to families and friends for birthdays, thank you's, anniversaries, XMAS, National Holidays. It was a good way to send a shout out and get there on time.

Inappropriate ads in my email
I frown on the ED ads popping up in my email page along with inappropriate nearly **** ads. I do not wish to see ads wanting to introduce me to women. You can control this please or my time with AOL will be finished. Thanks

Please bring back blocking or enable deletion as an option on a filter
Blocking of mails has been removed and filtering at the account level enabled. This has now resulted in many, many, many spam emails now come through sit seems the filtering function doesn't act on incoming items categorized as spam. Isay this as many of these spam items should be in Trash per filtering. BUT, even if went to Trash vs Spam, would still prefer totaling having these items deleted as was done with blocking vs placed in any folder at all. The amount of spam seems to be incrementing exponentially, and I can easily spend 1 hour - or more…

WHY AM I BLOCKED FROM READING COMMENTS?
Why is it that when I click on "See Comments," at the end of an article, nothing happens? I've closed and reopened AOL and still no access to the Comments. I've checked my system for malware and spyware...there are no issues with either. Have also rebooted the computer and gone back on AOL's software. STILL CAN NOT ACCESS COMMENTS. Yet, I see that the total number of comments increases, so some of your customers aren't having this problem. What's up with that AOL? I'm a paying customer and am not getting what I'm entitled to. FIX IT !!!!!

Disappointing that AOL has removed the GIF option. If it is not returned soon, it may be the end of an era for us as AOL users, and by looking at other comments, the same for others.

This feedback forum is useless. AOL does nothing to fix the problems AOL creates.
Does anyone at AOL even read this feedback? It doesn't seem so. The comments section on news articles is getting worse and worse. It's like AOL's programmers for the comments' forum don't have a clue as to what they are doing. It was working fairly well before AOL started using a pop-up for comments instead of just taking users directly to the comment in the CORRECT article when a user clicks on a comment in their profile or a notification that someone liked or commented on the user's comment. I have lost most of the contact information with phone numbers and extensive notes. I have been a long term AOL user and rely on the contact information for my business activities.
