  1. Stop Yahoo from immediately changing a web site to “read only.” I can’t access the “comments” anymore.

    I access a web site thru my mail. Yahoo immediately changes the main site to “read only.” I want the main site that includes “comments.”

  2. When opening an article to read, AOL has deleted the comments section for the article. Why?

    I want the comments sections of ALL articles. I don’t want AOL blocking information.

  4. Feedback - react to it!

    I understand advertising enables us to have a free email app. I accept that

    But you ask for feedback and ignore it.

    I have asked not to receive Dyson advertising on twenty + occasions (I have a compensation claim issue with Dyson’s unreliable products) yet they come on a daily basis

    Likewise, I’ve marked dating ads as offensive (fir personal reasons) and irrelevant yet they keep popping up.

    If you don’t react to the feedback, I’ll stop using AOL

  5. Stop sending to old mail folder—mark them as read or unread and leave them in the in box.

    Stop sending read mail to old mail folder. Just mark them as read or unread and leave them in the in box. It’s so time consuming to have to go back and forth between the new mail and old mail folders constantly. It would be SO MUCH EASIER if messages just stayed in the new mail folder marked as read or unread until I delete or move them myself. Thank you.

    AOL, get with the program. I've sent three mails and you have YET to UPDATE! GMail is becoming better.

    Allow option to Reduce image size on attached pictures. I have trouble sending emails with pictures attached because of the file size.

  9. Weather notifications units

    Show the weather notifications in the local units. Whether metric or imperial. For example - I am in the U.K. and have chosen the U.K. edition. Location is a city in the U.K. but I still see weather notification in Fahrenheit rather than Celsius. Pls allow user to set this within settings.

  10. Return to email list where I left off…

    Say I’m scrolling thru my emails on my phone. I open one and delete it. It takes me to where I left off in my inbox. But if I open one, then go to another app (either manually, or by clicking a link in the email and opening system browser), when I go back to the email and close it, it starts me back at the top of my inbox. This is a very annoying little bug. Thanks

  12. AOL app error creating contacts

    AOL app is self creating contacts in my contact list including those from SPAM! I have enhanced contacts turned OFF and it’s still creating contacts. It’s only in the AOL app. AOL webmail is fine. Please fix this ASAP.

    I want a private one for family and banks and another one for people or businesses asking for my email.but it doesn’t explain on here how I can do that or if it’s allowed.

  16. It is critical to allow more than 100 spam emails at a time to be deleted since you allow hundreds and hundreds of spam emails daily.

  17. Ad’s marked as offensive or not relevant by me, should not keep showing up

    I am constantly marking ad’s as offensive, not relevant, etc., and yet they keep coming up. Why would you continue to force an advertisement on me that I do not want to see?? Because of this, I am slowly changing everything that I get in my AOL to other email addresses and will only use AOL for old emails I can’t afford to lose or transfer.

  18. Fix the app crashes that occur while reading news articles. Being in software myself, I suspect the issue is with certain types of ads.

    I’m using iPhone 12 Max Pro, iOS 16.3.1

    Just updated to AOL. Version 7.6.2

    When I open AOL. My email accounts are listed in Manage Accounts view, however when I go to Mail folders it shows no email accounts.

    In the upper left corner is shows a head & shoulder icon with the words Mail, No unread, with a spinner icon in the middle of screen.

    The previous AOL. version the upper left corner displayed a circle with AOL. Which you could touch to select a different email account.

    I deleted AOL. and downloaded again from…

  20. Return to original email format. I have to reload every time I look at another page, attaching photos is very confusing,

    I have used AOL since it came in tin boxes, This is the most difficult format to use and read. It is difficult to find and attach photos, determine new emails, locate other mailboxes,and delete into anything except trash. I do not like this version and May switch if this is not improved
