  1. When opening an article to read, AOL has deleted the comments section for the article. Why?

    I want the comments sections of ALL articles. I don’t want AOL blocking information.

  2. AOL needs to recognize the email for the federal trade commission

    Mailer Demon does not recognize the email where you can forward Scam emails directly to the Federal Trade Commission. The email address is spam@uce.gov and you should let everyone know about it.

    Can you not be a shill like every other site and just give our email to us with no ads or holding a better experience ransom for a certain amount of dollars a month??? You are not Netflix, you provide a service, and this is predatory on a scummy level.

  5. Please include Lists Tab in Contact for IOS

    There is no List tab in AOL mail for IOS.
    I send group emails and cannot now using AOL mail for IOS.
    If List option is not available will have to change email provider.

  10. Ads Touch Sensitivity

    Do not let ads open the advertiser site as soon as I touch them even if only to scroll (e.g. touch-hold-slide)!!! I’ve experienced instances repeatedly where I touch the screen to effectuate scrolling only to realize I initiated the action inadvertently on an ad which then results in the advertiser website being invoked. Temu is a prime culprit of this behavior. Why do you allow this sort of BS? I understand you’re trying to monetize but this sort of sensitivity is egregiously greedy.

  16. FIX EMAIL ADDRESSES NOT POPULATING

    FIX Email addresses no longer pop up when I start typing in the send box. I used to get a list of possibilities. All on contact list. Happening on PC and iPad.

  19. Stop sending to old mail folder—mark them as read or unread and leave them in the in box.

    Stop sending read mail to old mail folder. Just mark them as read or unread and leave them in the in box. It’s so time consuming to have to go back and forth between the new mail and old mail folders constantly. It would be SO MUCH EASIER if messages just stayed in the new mail folder marked as read or unread until I delete or move them myself. Thank you.
