    Die App hat auf Englisch gewechselt und nirgends eine Möglichkeit, die Sprache einzustellen. Keine Auswahl en block, Emails zu löschen. Die icons der Absender irritieren nur. Ich will die alte Version zurück!

    Hi AOL, ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ says it all.......this is not an improvement so why not just offer the choice of Old or New?

    it's so ugly and crowded i'm genuinely going to delete the app if the old design doesn't come back.

    I feel like I am not getting all my mail, but I am getting tons of spam.. I also feel like I had better control of emails.

    I cannot tell which emails are new/unread.. the color symbols to the left next to the names clutter the page... the ad registers as a new mail which is annoying.... the ads are obnoxious

    Please return to the platform you had been using for years. The themes are hard to read and see.

    I am now feel I have to use a secondary app to see my emails.

    Verizon has no customer service or I would call them.

    This new mail is horrible! Much harder to use! Please go back to the old format! Why change something the people like and is simple and easy to use!

    I signed up for AOL over twenty years ago, but if this version stays as is then I’m finally done. Too many issues to list.
