Create separate mailbox for starred emails
I'm looking for a way to see all and ONLY (as in a list) the emails of mine that I have starred, but I don't see where to look. It seems like there should be a subcategory under "Inbox" but I don't see one. Does such a list exist? If so, where? if not, please consider adding one!

PUT THE THEME SETTINGS WHERE YOU CAN FIND THAT CONTROL SETTING ON THE MAIN MENU. IT HAS TAKEN ME WELL OVER AN HOUR TO FIND WHERE IT IS LOCATED. I NEED TO CHANGE MY BACKGROUND SETTING TO A LIGHTER COLOR AS IT IS NOW DARKER AND I CAN SEE WHAT THE HECK I AM TYPING!!! Yes, you are correct I am not a happy camper now.

enail box within the page is torture
i cant write an email without nonsense. the email is in a box with an outside box so when i push enter to go to the next line the whole page jumps ...this is ridiculous. aol and yahoo suck and they dont care about anyone using it

We're very unhappy with the current version of E mail. Type size too small and unchangeable; can't embolden words; and other issues
Increase type size; allow embolden and color in type facing; allow italics; carry the delete function on all older E mails so they can be deleted without scrolling back to the top of the page; show all E mails not just the most recent; correct address book function so it works with the addresses it retains. We much prefer the array we had a few years ago.

Go bacl to old format
I have been periodically getting a random pop up asking me if I want to delete 10,000 emails. I am usually very careful to select "no" however tonight I accidently hit yes- poof- everything from 2022 and 2023 gone. Not in trash folder and "recently deleted" folder no longer exists. I had to join premier at my expense to talk to someone to get my emails restored. I dont know why I get this pop up and I asked that it be removed and was told it could not be removed. medicare.gov
I've just discovered that you've been sending emails from Medicare.gov about my health insurance for the coming year to my spam folder. What the ****? You can't tell a legitimate government email address from a spammer? You've caused me to lose notifications about this years open enrollment and important options for next year.

why did aol email take away the ability to have the email open in a window that can be lowered? and then another email can be opened at the same time and shrunk to be next to each other ???? can you please put it back ...THIS IS AWFUL LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER UNECESSARY HORRIBLE CHANGES

I hate your new mail.
It hasn't gotten better with use. I hate this format. Half the time I don't get my up/down arrows. I hate that the mail goes on many different pages instead of just one. I hate that I cannot change my font size. I am moving soon, and I am sooooo done with your service. Thanks for not listening to your long-term customers and thanks for NOTHING!!!!!

Refresh mail feature is awful!
Having to "refresh" to get new mail is stupid and time wasting. My new mail should populate when it is received. This whole new system is awful. Just go back to the way it was.

Give us what we had...what we deserve! We are not cave people!
Quite simply, you can just put it back the way it was; A fully functional, customizable, word processing type program that allows for more control over the simplest things like font size, type & color. I mean, I can't even BOLD a word if I want to! It's ABSURD that you do not offer this personal control any longer. The fact that you can only see 25 current emails per page is LUDICROUS as well. why can't I see the complete In Box of AOL Mail? Presently cannot even see one day's worth
Provide access to entire mailboxes as was in the past. Now can only see a portion of the day and then additional ones come in as messages are deleted

Check other provider accounts within AOL web mail?
If I could check within AOL a former provider account of mine (Mail.com for example, whose emails I send from end up in my recipient's SPAM folder too often) then I wouldn't need to check that account at all. That means my eyes more often view YOUR ads, AOL!
