Fix random crashes
Today, the 'New' AOL Mail crashed, taking the browser, open windows, and recovery data with it. This happened while completing an email reply in the sent folder. It has also happened while deleting multiple emails, searching, etc. Obviously AOL/Yahoo did not do sufficient stability testing before releasing this abomination!

How dumb are your employees? Can't you fix these simple problems?
Why are my page arrows there sometimes and not others??? WHY HAVEN'T YOU FIXED THE GD FONT??? Why do I have to hit apply after everything?? If I want my mail sorted by senders, why does it go back to newest without me changing it?? FIX THESE EASY THINGS. How many customers did you lose because of these idiotic, time-consuming changes????

No Settings available in the e-mail menu
No Settings section is available in the e-mail menu. When I choose to go to Settings, I am redirected to the Account information. Please provide an update of the e-mail app where Settings are included.
Moreover, there are no formatting options available when drafting an e-mail. No font options, no option to insert hyperlinks, nothing. Please provide an update of the e-mail app that allows for some formatting.

Bonjour , j'ai un compte AOL depuis 1998 qui fonctionnai très bien très pratique rapide clair précis , mais qui à eu cette idée de tout changé pour cette version ( née d'une poubelle.... ) SVP revenir à mon AOL de janvier 2023 svp svp svp vite vite vite mon Aol de janvier 2023 et PAS CETTE Horreur... surannée, vieux .et quand j'ouvre ma boite mail, j'ai un pavet blanc qui me met en plaine figure, ...un retraité devant son ordi...., mais que viens faire ce pavet!!! à tel point que mon mari pense que c'est un aman .... enlever…

I want to search the email in my trash
When you did a search in the old email, the search results would tell you what folder the email was in AND it would search your trash. I can't find any way to search the emails in my trash so when I accidentally delete one, it takes a long time to find it. This is silly when the old version did it automatically

EFFICIENT??? BULL!!!
How efficient is it when I have to hit apply after every movement??? How is it efficient when I cannot tab down or up on PAGE TWO (again, inefficient) and it takes me back to page one??? WHY ARE THERE MULTIPLE PAGES OF E-MAILS????

Let us use the '*' when adding a blocked address for spam emails.
Why doesn't using the '*' in blocked senders list work? I want to block everything to the left of the '@' in an address, but those addresses still get through. eg. I want to block any address in the @abcsender.com domain, but when I add *@abcsender.com, I still get emails from them.

How long does it take to fix this?
Fix the font. Such an easy fix. Just do it. It the goal is to make this format more user friendly, you've failed. There are extra steps for everything now. Extra step to put my mail in a folder, extra step if I need to look for older mail. Extra step to indicate spam. AND THE FONT IS TOOO FRICKEN SMALL. HOW DUMB ARE YOU??? FIX IT!!!!!

At least add back the feature that allows you to select the page number while searching your email
I have a lot of emails and not being able to select the page number makes searching for an email a nightmare. PLEASE at least bring that feature back!!!!

adding an address to a group
How do I add an person to a group? My senior high school class opens OK but when I click on "Add Contact" it goes to adding a contact to my main address book and it doesn't show up in the group. I even tried to edit one of the classmates who has passed on and put new info in but then the deceased classmate was gone and the new one wasn't there either. The new format is lame as **** for what once was a leader in email & texting. Get back to work.

Go back to old system so i can file contacts by last name and stop defaulting to first name

EMAILS NOT EVEN BEING SAVED AS DRAFTS?

Please remove delete all in the mailbox as a possible option if you click the delete button with out having selected any particular email.
1st PLEASE remove delete the whole mail box as a possible option if you click the trashcan icon with out having selected any emails. This is a very very bad idea. Put delete all as an option in the email drop down menu. This should be changed immediately before someone with a large sum of emails ends up accidentally moving their whole box into the deleted emails section.

folders
I can't move any of my important emails to a saved folder in this awful updated version!! I create the name of it but the 'move to' doesn't highlight therefore it won't move, plus the old option before was much better as you could move the email while it was still open. This version now gives you the impression that you have to come out of the email, create a folder name then go back to it.... HOWEVER you still can't move it. What on earth is going on with this shambles of an email system that everyone cannot work…

fields for email sending
The fields for entering an email is so tiny and has a blue border around it. The first letter of the email I type is not visible. This has resulted in frequent wrong e-mails.
SOLUTION: (simple - BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL EMAIL. Not one of the changes you made has been an enhancement.

Forwarding with photos
The Forwarding function has been diminished. WHO DESIGNED THIS??
Frustrating on many issues....
Steps: I attach a photo to an email and send it to one recipient. Later, I want to send same photo to a new recipient. So I pull up the original email I sent and put in a new email address. I then edit the message to personalize it. WHEN I EDIT, the text remains (which I can edit) but the photo is gone. I have to AGAIN attach the photo.Attaching photos is no longer simple. emails print with microscopic font despite my setting set to large type
I can enter settings and set font to large size
However when I print out an important email it comes out with microscopic font size
Please reinstate my ability to chose font and type size and ENABLE me to print out an email in readable size104th ranked
