I want to get rid of the 2 step verification junk. I am tired of this ****. I never had any problem with the old way and your site says to click manage to remove it and also it says it is turned off so get rid of it or I will delete this email.

PLEASE MOVE BULK DELETE BUTTON TO PROTECT USERS
I deleted YEARS of info by accident. The BULK Button is TOO CLOSE to the normal delete. I have lost legal and family info that dates back YEARS. This is WRONG. your tech support say there is no way to RESTORE past 7 days. MY CONTACTS ARE ALL GONE>

I've just discovered that you've been sending emails from Medicare.gov about my health insurance for the coming year to my spam folder. What the ****? You can't tell a legitimate government email address from a spammer? You've caused me to lose notifications about this years open enrollment and important options for next year.

I hate your new mail.
It hasn't gotten better with use. I hate this format. Half the time I don't get my up/down arrows. I hate that the mail goes on many different pages instead of just one. I hate that I cannot change my font size. I am moving soon, and I am sooooo done with your service. Thanks for not listening to your long-term customers and thanks for NOTHING!!!!!

Refresh mail feature is awful!
Having to "refresh" to get new mail is stupid and time wasting. My new mail should populate when it is received. This whole new system is awful. Just go back to the way it was.

why can't I see the complete In Box of AOL Mail? Presently cannot even see one day's worth
Provide access to entire mailboxes as was in the past. Now can only see a portion of the day and then additional ones come in as messages are deleted

HATE the AOL format Change!

Unable to Access New Email in Inbox
Dear AOL
For 2 days now I have been unable to access my New Emails in my Inbox on Standard viewing. No matter how much I tried it has been useless. All what I get is a blank page with endless loading in the middle of the blank page.
I went on line and found out that as at yesterday, AOL had an Outage affecting certain Post codes and the problem had been resolved. My Post Code: SW9 8FE was not involved. Then why am I unable to access my email?

Emails constantly missing - for no reason at all. I'm convinced it's a ploy to get you to sign up for support (with the associated fee). AOL has had its day and don't deserve a place in the top, middle, or bottom tier.

Standard Version not working consistently.
Since the classic email was taken, I have had trouble with the "new" standard version. I have Windows 10 and I use Firefox. I have trouble opening new mail and old mail. IT doesn't work in Chrome either. The icons do not work. I can get other folders, like the sent folder, but the entire folder does not appear just the most recent. I cannot send email.
