Can't find MY CALENDAR....
HATE the AOL format Change!
Can't find MY Calendar... AND Can't change the font or size of print (to read better)! on my sending-out emails. It's Now soooo Tiny on screen - don't see any options to make it LARGER....
And WHERE'S MY Calendar with-old & for making NEW appts, updates, birthdays, personal social schedules????

MAKE WINDOWS ACTIVE TO MAKE SMALLER AND ALLOW COPY AND PASTE
THIS EMAIL FORMAT IS WORTHLES... CAN NO LONGER MAKE WINDOW SMALLER NEXT TO ANOTHER OPEN COMPOSE EMAIL IN ORDER TO DRAG AND DROP AND COPY AND PASTE. THERE IS NOTHING USUABLE IN THIS EMAIL FORMAT THAT YOU FORCED ON EVERYONE! YAHOO SUCKS AND THATS WHY IT WENT DOWN THE DRAIN. THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT AOL WAS THE EMAIL AND YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE YAHOO LIKE AOL EMAIL INSTEAD OF DESTROYING BOTH!!!

Unable to Access New Email in Inbox
Dear AOL
For 2 days now I have been unable to access my New Emails in my Inbox on Standard viewing. No matter how much I tried it has been useless. All what I get is a blank page with endless loading in the middle of the blank page.
I went on line and found out that as at yesterday, AOL had an Outage affecting certain Post codes and the problem had been resolved. My Post Code: SW9 8FE was not involved. Then why am I unable to access my email?

Emails constantly missing - for no reason at all. I'm convinced it's a ploy to get you to sign up for support (with the associated fee). AOL has had its day and don't deserve a place in the top, middle, or bottom tier.

Standard Version not working consistently.
Since the classic email was taken, I have had trouble with the "new" standard version. I have Windows 10 and I use Firefox. I have trouble opening new mail and old mail. IT doesn't work in Chrome either. The icons do not work. I can get other folders, like the sent folder, but the entire folder does not appear just the most recent. I cannot send email. Make EVERY new change optional to the consumer. We all operate differently, think differently. Please do not pigeon hole all of the AOL population into 2 restrictive categories. Please Make EVERYTHING optional.

Fix random crashes
Today, the 'New' AOL Mail crashed, taking the browser, open windows, and recovery data with it. This happened while completing an email reply in the sent folder. It has also happened while deleting multiple emails, searching, etc. Obviously AOL/Yahoo did not do sufficient stability testing before releasing this abomination!

How long does it take to fix this?
Fix the font. Such an easy fix. Just do it. It the goal is to make this format more user friendly, you've failed. There are extra steps for everything now. Extra step to put my mail in a folder, extra step if I need to look for older mail. Extra step to indicate spam. AND THE FONT IS TOOO FRICKEN SMALL. HOW DUMB ARE YOU??? FIX IT!!!!!

At least add back the feature that allows you to select the page number while searching your email
I have a lot of emails and not being able to select the page number makes searching for an email a nightmare. PLEASE at least bring that feature back!!!!

adding an address to a group
How do I add an person to a group? My senior high school class opens OK but when I click on "Add Contact" it goes to adding a contact to my main address book and it doesn't show up in the group. I even tried to edit one of the classmates who has passed on and put new info in but then the deceased classmate was gone and the new one wasn't there either. The new format is lame as **** for what once was a leader in email & texting. Get back to work.

Allow users to choose to save a copy of sent messages
Please allow users to choose whether or not to save a copy when sending a message. I don't appreciate one being saved every time I send a message.

Don't show Pornographic email
AOL email spam blocking works really well. Every rare now and then it will put a valid email in my Spam folder. I just 'flag' it as not spam.
My suggestion is to block Spam email and not even let me see the email if the email obviously has pornographic words in the Subject. Provide a message that says 'suspected pornographic email(s) blocked from viewing, would you like to see it (them)? That way I get to 'vote' and can't accuse AOL of censoring my email.178th ranked -

Tell me what the problem is, and I'll fix it, but don't leave me guessing, agonizing over missing mail, trying out different useless things... I have also lost access to an account. I use a local client, not webmail, most of the time.
