deleting mail
You used to be able to delete an email as soon as you were done reading it. Now you have to scroll back up to the top to delete it. Majorly bad idea!

settings
There used to be more options for the mail. Like choosing whether to always have the BCC line or not. I chose not to have it, now I am stuck with it on every email.

We do have a choice. Don't want to change but will not stay. Only going to wait another day. Then I will, at your request, move my mail.

BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM. I CALLED FOR HELP AND THEY CAN'T HELP ME. I CAN'T CHANGE THE SIZE AND EYES ARE BAD SO I CAN'T EVEN SEND AN E-MAIL AS I CAN'T READ IT. HOW DARE YOU AOL TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS, WHO PAY, THIS WAY. HORRIBLE CUSTPOMER SERVICE. I SEE EVERYONE IS SCREAMING AT YOU.

why do we have to click twice for everything now?
We used to be able to move something to a folder with one click. Now it takes two. We used to be able to go to settings with one click. Now it takes two. Why would anyone think this is better?

Why aren't you reading all the complaints everyone has for this "new" email? Why aren't you providing good Customer Service? You are going to end up bankrupt because you will eventually lose all your customers.

YAHOO vs AOL
If I wanted to have the YAHOO look on my email, I would have been with YAHOO since the 90's. However, I chose to be with AOL since the 90's and would like the classic look back. Why do things change when they are working correctly?????????

There's NO Feature for Linking Text
How Do I Link Text?
This new system has NO way to put a link in the text. This alone makes this new system very rudimentary and primitive. I noticed there's a ton of negative feedback about the new email system, yet it still persists. What's the point of having feedback if AOL won't listen? Furthermore, there's no way to alter text for size or boldness. Why was this change made? It's a downgrade; it's NOT "new and improved," it's "new and much worse."

PLEASE MOVE BULK DELETE BUTTON TO PROTECT USERS
I deleted YEARS of info by accident. The BULK Button is TOO CLOSE to the normal delete. I have lost legal and family info that dates back YEARS. This is WRONG. your tech support say there is no way to RESTORE past 7 days. MY CONTACTS ARE ALL GONE>

"Old Mail" folder is now gone
"Old Mail" is now gone? It's now interspersed with and stagnate in my Inbox? The new format is terrible. And the only way to have it is to submit to the "new AOL mail" version which is just as terrible due to the forced DATE separation of each day. I hate this. Bring back the old format of mail. I hate this.

Tried the new format. Big Issues:
I cannot separate paragraphs with a double space between them.
The entire email has sentences without any formatting at all.Impossible to create a Full Screen version of an email. This fault makes it a headache to compose a longer business email. It also makes it challenging to read a complex incoming email. Not worth the effort if it's not corrected.
I reduced the font for the opening screen for my email lists. A few more emails were then visible, but not enough to save me from endlessly scrolling down to find important emails.…
