  4. SECURITY OF MY AOL E-MAIL CONCERNS ME?

    Hi, good afternoon!

    The lawyers I previously saved and contacted are no longer appearing in my AOL account.
    Then, I received an email from the attorney ; however, when I opened it, no message was displayed. I’m unsure what occurred and would appreciate your guidance. Thank you.

  7. all other web sites work great on my laptop except yours. Screen keeps freezing!

    Help me find a way to stop the screen from constantly freezing. All other web sites work fine on my computer, except yours, makes even answering an email almost impossible. Settings?

    Getting an Ad that keeps change but allows has a link the is prefixed with https://api.taboola.com. If I click on the ad, my Chrome window goes full screen, lots of other windows open, and it indicates that I have malware on my computer.

    How can you prevent this behavior?

  10. Did I lose access to wmconnect.com without logging in through AOL?

    Where did wmconnect go? For the life of me, I cannot find an email giving a heads-up on this. Will I be able to still use wmconnect as my email extension?? EVERYONE has this as my go-to email address but now wmconnect shows up as an unsecure connection and it shows the certificate is not trusted!! Help!!

  12. Make email review font size PC-specific, not just account-specific.

    There is a setting for enabling large fonts in email message review. But, we have two people who share the same account. On one PC, the font is much too large. On the other, it is much too small. How do we make the AOL.com font different for two different PC's using same aol account? (thinking IP-specific font choice)

    I am getting inappropriate ads when I got to open my email on a browser
    I have kids that are seeing 1/2 naked women. As soon as I logout of an email the ads are there - I want to STOP THIS NOW!

  16. Why did you change attachments want send over 25 mg. Haven't had a problem for 25 years/

    Ive used aol for 25 years as a Realtor. Recently can't send my contracts. Getting error message-File Exceeds 25 MG attachment limit. Large attachment support coming soon. I've sent the same size document for 25 years. This isn't acceptable. If I have to use gmail, will no longer need you!!!! Called tech support and no help. When are u going back to how you have been in the past?

    I don't like AI automatically adding things into my calendar. It's adding SPAM emails and that's getting me MORE SPAM. please fix. How do I stop this?
