    i need help with a new problem on AN AOL STORY when i CLICK ON A STORY THAT HAS PICTURES THE PICTURE NOW HAVE STOPPED APPEARING I HAVE TRIED TO GET HELP FROM AOL BUT DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO CORRECT THIS NEW PROBLEM AND I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS CHANGED OR HAPPENING CAN YOU PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

    I am requesting a new feature: grant a "view/read only" access of my AOL inbox to a famiiy member ---- who has an AOL web mail address on my plan ---- to assist me going thu my many emails.

    Your email format is totally illogical. Replying method is absurd, Did you fire the guy who did this yet?Did you fire the guy who allowed him to do it? Reinstate the old format.

  6. Alle Mails im Mailordner anzeigen und nicht verschwinden lassen.

    Mails z.B. vom SRF, der Stadt Berlin usw. sehe ich kurz im Spamordner und dann sind diese Mail weg. Oder kommen erst gar nicht an, Was ist das???
    Und es liegt nicht an Office-365. Ich benutze das Apple Mailprogramm bzw. AOL direkt. Ich kann nur Vermuten das mich noch weitere Mails nicht erreichen. Ich bin benutze AOL seit beginn. Aber wenn ich nicht sicher sein kann das Mails, warum auch immer und vom wem auch immer unterschlagen werden, dann werden ich den Anbieter wechseln müssen.

  7. blocked addresses

    Blocked addresses are listed alphabetically, that means that old addresses and new addresses are mixed together in one list. With a maximum of 1000 addresses, when I delete say 100 addresses to make room for more new ones, I also delete current addresses that are currently filling my inbox. Please allow AOL users to sort the blocked addresses alphabetically AND by date. This will allow AOL users to keep the most recent blocked addresses while reducing the blocked address total below the 1000 maximum. Also, would it be possible to allow deleting a group of blocked addresses, say all blocked…

  11. Add some new Themes

    It'd be nice to see a new Theme. I've rotated through all of them, and they're getting pretty stale, although were nice in the beginning. I Haven't seen a new Theme in years. Maybe use AI to create new ones.......

  12. Saved emails continue to delete the body of the message upon sending. Please fix this

    Saved email's continue to lose their body content when sending. Only the addressees and headers are sent. This is a long standing problem that has been reported many times, without any fix or resolution.

    Why does it repeatedsly DUMP all my work??????
    FURIOUS right now!!!

    I have had to repeatedly re type a detailed email so far three times.|
    For no reason it dumps ALL my work and starts out with a blank cursor

  17. All The Email Content Some How does Forward Correctly. No One Sees What I See

    I want to share good stuff to another person, but they don't receive the complete format I first received. It does that when I send Youtube addresses or just an email I want to forward. It is usless to send my friends anything.

  18. Ban Audio Ads

    Every time I open my email at AOL-- which is perhaps a hundreds times a day-- I am now being forced to listen to an audio of an ad-- the same ad each time- which cannot be located nor turned off and wasn't clicked on. This is extremely annoying. Please stop this immediately.
