GO BACK THE THE CLASSIC EMAIL!!
If it's not broken, don't try to fix it!! Get rid of the truncated lists of contacts. I have 20+ contacts beginning with S and I can only see 4. Just give us a full list with a search facility it would be much quicker and cleaner and get rid if the stupid emojis at the side of all the contacts!!!!! Stop cluttering up the space with objects that are of no useful purpose except to look pretty, which they don't!!

Remove videos that must time out from articles. There is no way to exit the video, I have to just let it time out. Not a good idea.

address book
i do not want to have the 15 more on the address book, i want a complete list of all my contacts. I've been your member for too many years and i want to have someone to make it right.

Subfolders
Some of my subfolders are not hiding properly in my aol mailbox. Some are working properly, but some are not.

Adjust Column Width
Display column headers along with the ability to adjust column width like Microsoft Outlook. Unimaginable AOL "new" interface doesn't have this capability. You are essentially begging users to leave your platform without this basic function.

Bad... And getting worse!
I had high hopes for the new format, as it greatly mimics current Outlook UX and like the upgraded Features. But... after using it for a few months, its PAINFULLY clear, the new AOL Mail is just LIPSTICK ON THE SAME OLD PIG! - There still no way aggregate email or make follow up notes. And there is no way to mark an email as Urgent or Important. The Biggest Issues is the Non-Stop ADS! And now, the Ads are so Invasive, there is a nasty little popup that you get when you try to hide the ads! Of course,…

Place all buttons at the bottom of the screen at the top along with move, delete and spam
Placing the send, attach and spelling buttons at the top along with the move, delete and spam is far more sensible from an ergonomic perspective.....less awkward!

Support 3rd party email apps
Support 3rd party email programs. We have been a long time user of AOL email, but now must leave, because you do not now support 3rd part email programs. We have multiple email providers and need to look at all our email in one central location. Since you do. not do that and others do, we must leave your service and transfer all our stuff to our other email provider.

Support two phone numbers for 2nd factor authentication
My wife and I share an aol email account. Your second factor authentication only supports one phone number for texting a code or 2 factor authentication. This of course won't work for us. If you supported use of two phone numbers, as other apps do, we could use your 2 factor authentication.

The calendar print is so tiny you can't read it.
Remove the prior and next month's views from the calendar print.

CC and BCC eMail addresses are hidden
The new AOL Mail interface fails to show email addresses in the CC and BCC areas and only displays names. Please fix this failure.

Cannot resize photos Have to reformat text from other doccuments.
You apparently DO NOT LISTED TO ALL THE FEED BACK AS YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

We cannot paste text into emails from Word without having to reformat.
We cannot size photos pasted into emails any longer. Please fix.

add capability to insert (not attach) pictures inline. My god, every mail engine on the planet can do this
what? I can't inline insert a picture? Even gmail lets me do that. Please add this. I cannot believe you've gone backward in time.
