When I reply/forward to respond to an email, I used to be able to click Back after sending the response to return to the original message.
How can I get back to the original message without hunting for it after responding to an email?

Sorting Columns Gone? HELLO?
WHY did you remove our ability to sort our columns in the, or a, view that we've always used, are used to, prefer or find easier for us functionality wise? I don't want "stars", they were "flagged" for a reason, and I had that in the first column so I could easily see what I needed follow up on, or that needed responding to - I NEEDED to see my attachment column so I could search by attachments, now there's no attachment icon or column, and again - LOSS OF ABILITY TO sort columns as WE need them to be…

Spacing Issues & Forced Grouping by Date
Is "ANYONE LISTENING." This horrible, ridiculous, visually painful, dumbed down version of AOL (and I've used AOL mail, various email addresses for various purposes for nearing 30 years, so I'm NOT happy, I was loyal, now I feel forced to leave AOL) - is GROUPING our inbox (possibly other folders as well, honestly it's too visually painful and mind spinning to look at it to check) into time/day/week/month. Everything is too SLOW
WHY does this forced upon us horrific, loss of functionally, added unwanted functionality, take a "updating bar" and time consuming about of time just to delete your deleted folder? THE NORMAL AOL VS. WE ALL LOVED AND STAYED LOYAL TO SINCE THE BEGINNING OF AOL, HAD ONE CLICK ON DELETE, AND POOF IT WAS GONE. Now? open mail in new window
bring back the option to open an email in a new window. Very important.
Also need more font choices, including Comic Sans, and need to have the option to make the font darker without having to highlight text and selecting "Bold."

I can't just print an attachment anymore, I have to use space on my hard drive. I HATE AOL!!

Once I hit send the email goes back to some random spot way down in my email instead of the top where I was working from. Very frustrating.
This new platform stinks. I am going to continue to put negative comments until you revert to the way it was before.

No easy way to copy email address
Everything you did messed the way this email works up. Fire whoever did the changes and change it back. Paying customer

Bad format in new and not able to revert to old even with help from help desk.
The new mail is terrible. I had three emails sitting in new mail before the change and now they are gone somewhere. Even the help line could not find them. The format for the new mail is not as user friendly as the old. The page lay out is not as pleasing or as intuitive. Would be nice if users were given the option to revert to an old system if they wanted. Even with the help desk working with me and clicking on revert to old, the format is drastically changed and not for the better.
