Having an issue printing an email on the new interface / Printing an email.
Have an issue with the basic version. Can not edit the fonts. "Bold , Italic , Underline icons is not present. "

Mail settings
Under Reply mails, the most recent email should be the first thing you see when you open an email, not at the top all the older emails you have been receiving or sending to that person or on that subject. All the older emails could be at the bottom of the most current email.

no good type size and spacing options
As far as I can tell, there are only two type and spacing options...1: VERY small type..smaller (and thinner) font than I have ever used in email. OR 2: Giant type with huge spacing between lines...allowing very little information on a page....which is not an option at all...just a big, fat magnification of #1. Most email programs I have used have multiple type and spacing view and compose options.

Do not randomize email addresses on list and give number of addresses on list
My contact lists are sorted in alphabetical order. But when I compose an email using that list, the contacts appear in a random order, making it hard for me to see if a particular person is on that list. Why?
And I used to know how many persons are on that list. Now I don't. makes it very difficult to be sure I haven't missed out anyone.293rd ranked -
I need to copy and paste multiple email addresses from one list.
You should be able to select them using Control+C, instead of having to copy and paste one at a time!
Like I need 50 addresses from a list with 150. Used to be easy, now it is not! Am I missing something here?229th ranked -
Multiple Issues with New Email
I am listing most of the issues with the new email that I find aggravating, confusing or needlessly complicated
1) Address Book--seems to sort by default to First Name. WHen I switch it to Last Name, it eventually loses my sort and reverts to First Name
2) Address Book---why is "delete" not there when you are reading an email from someone and their info is in the sidebar. Even if you click on Edit, the "delete" option is not there
3) EMAIL---I have an auto sign to my emails that is my name and address. If I delete that manually,…

Please get rid of the keep as new email option and just keep every email new until moved or deleted.

Remove that top-line ad in email inbox list.
The top-line/moving ad causes me to routinely delete the wrong emails in my inbox - driving me crazy. I've no doubt missed important emails. What an awful place to force an ad. Do you really mean to irritate us every time we try to read mail?

Pin My Calendar to Sidebar
I want to be able to pin the calendar to the sidebar. Currently, if you select the calendar icon, the calendar view goes away every time you select a new email. This is incredibly aggravating. The user should be able to determine what view is most important to them without having to select it every time a different email is viewed.

Please provide the option to always view unread mail only.
Every time I open a new email, it reverts back to listing them in order read and unread. I would like them sorted by unread only and I don’t want to have to use the drop down every single time. Please provide a setting that will allow for it to always come up as unread.

Autocorrect spelling while typing (key words: WHILE TYPING)
I've sent several requests for restoration of autocorrect spelling while typing. It works fine in this feedback field. PLEASE restore it to the email composition. It's ridiculous to have lost it in your new and disruptive format. The idea of going to the bottom and selecting "Check spelling" is absurd. Autocorrect works - evident here. Please please please restore autocorrect while typing to the email composition. (During this typing, my spelling was autocorrected at least six times because I type fast.) Come on, techies. Fix it. Restore it.

Sign in Screen change needs to be like it was
On the sign in screen, I prefer that you would have left in the button to preview the password screen as to check the password before signing in . If I miss spell the password 3 times, then I am blocked out and have to go through a complicated procedure to be able to again sign in.

I talked to AOL twice. First time he didn't know how to allow me to copy my TO: emails to BCC: emails. 2nd call she was able to figure that out. But the real critical problem is I need to copy all my emails in my contact list (over 200) to Word and Excel. I was told I would have to copy each email (over 200 of them) to where I want them to go. I cannot believe that AOL doesn't have a function in this time of technology to do it simplier. Can't Send Email To Cell Phone
With Old AOL Email I was able to send a text message to a cell phone. As an example: 2123222935@vtext.com (for Verizon). I also can't add an email contact either. Why not? And this is better, go figure!

I click "It's safe" and when get another message from this sender, I get the same message! What's the point of clicking "It's safe"? What's with that AOL?

Get rid of the pop-up ads
Get rid of ads when you open mail. I've dislikes the same ones over and over, and they keep coming back. Ive tried to opt out, but it only got rid of 15 of 48 locations.
