I cannot copy and paste from Word documents properly in the new AOL format.
When I copy and paste from a Word document into the New AOL Mail it adds a carriage return, line feed to each of my carriage return line feeds and thus adds a bunch on white space throughout my documents, frequently turning a 3 page document into a 5 - 6 page document. This did not happen in the Old AOL Mail. When I save each document as a text document and then copy and paste from the text document the extra carriage return line feeds does not happen. Please remove the are you sure you want to send without attachment. Many times It has not been sent and gone to draft. This is a problem
Please remove the are you sure you want to send without attachment. Many times It has not been sent and gone to draft. This is a problem. The amount of emails I send without attachments is like 90/10 % so I'd at lease like the option to remove that EXTRA step to send an email that for 30 years I never had to do

Allow email addresses to be viewed in the inbox
As any idiot, except AOL Mail, knows, the name of an email address can be spoofed. GIVE US THE ABILITY TO VIEW THE EMAIL ADDRESS. If some people want to see the spoofed name, let them keep the spoofed name. AT LEAST allow us the option to turn on the email address in the inbox listing.

Text box is too small, not allowing the writer to see full composition while writing; more variety in text options & enhanced color for basic text that's complimented by more shades and textured choices. Line-to-line spacing does not represent real leading and is not adjustable.

Search button
The search button doesn't work for searching for subjects. It just gives you one option. So search brings up every and any word that sounds the same whether in the email name or subject or even in the body of email that is similar so you have to sort through hundreds. AOL WHY DID YOU DO THIS. WHY DID YOU MESS UP AN EMAIL PLATFORM THAT YOU HAD MANY USERS THAT LOVED NOW IT'S HATED.

Filter Arrows
Filter Arrows (up and down) should on the left or the right side of the pane so we can see the filters moving up or down so we can easily see where to stop it!

Can no longer use the Windows 11 Email app to send a link you are on using AOL
At one time one could add an email extension for your webpage. I do not know if this new problem is related to AOL or Windows 11 but that App no longer works. Sometimes it takes you to your AOL email page and sometimes not but it used should up as an email with that page URL on it for the receiver to click on. Why is it now gone?

Easier deletion of old emails
Suggestions:
1. Easier way to submit suggestions! (I was directed here from your Facebook site because I could not find it on AOL email)
2. On advanced search with date provide: date / search for emails older than number of days. This would be helpful for example to delete any email older than 100 days. This would help us to clean up old emails and save you on storage.
3. You might even want to put this feature on folders to automatically delete emails older than some number of days.385th ranked -

Can't play video on AOL Homepage. Video has sound but have black screen with loading icon. had reset the modem as well as clearing cache and browsing data but does not work

really miss the ability to easily view "all emails from/to sender" from a single selected email.
In classic view I could right click or select an action from the menu up top that would display all the emails from or to the sender when an email was selected or open. This is a very useful feature. Please bring this back!

Fix OneNote Text Pasting as Image
Text copied from Microsoft OneNote pastes as an image instead of as text
- Classic AOL did not have this bug; the same OneNote text correctly pasted as text
- In Yahoo Mail this bug started between 6/22/2020 and 6/27/2020 (I experienced it using my church account. AOL is my primary account so it is a big impact.)
- Band-aid: paste the text somewhere else (like Word) and then copy/paste it into AOL (this is what I have to do on my church account but hopefully once you fix AOL you will also fix Yahoo)
