Change it back or lose my business. This takes more time with my business which we all know is NOT cost effective. Do what your paying customers need or lose their business.

Drastic change-who's idea??
People are transferring their emails to diff providers in droves. You eliminated "Insert image" in composing mail, etc. There are many other ridiculous, esoteric designs that are only fancied by their creators. [Too much time on their hands]. There are way too many other free providers out there that do not eliminate basic features. Oh well. Good luck

Put Send Option Bar at the top of the screen
Why can't you have an option of where the SEND Tool Bar is located. I would rather have it at the top, than the bottom.

Learn from the past
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If we ask real nice, will you go back to the classic version? Probably NOT! The new design is not pleasing to the eye at all. Stop trying to justify your silicon valley salaries, you all be replaced by A.I. soon enough. Put it back!

Hey AOL, did you get the message yet?
Still awful. PLEASE just go back to what we all want or give us the option to use the old version. The new layout here doesn't take getting used to, it's just bad and wasn't necessary. @AOL, do better by going back to what already worked.

Stop constantly spamming the inbox with the same ads after they have been hidden and reported. This is abuse.
I'm constantly getting spammed with the same ads at the top of the inbox and they keep reappearing when I hide and report them. This is abuse.

WRITE THE CEO
Write the CEO about the sorting, not keeping READ emails in your inbox and all of your concerns with the new AOL mail. If you cannot sort by sender or "sent to" how can you mass delete to keep your emails under control?

Without being able to sort by sender, I am no longer interested in having AOL
WHen you are cleaning out your inbox, sorting by sender is the easiest way to mass delete when you get a ton of emails. Taking this away, means you most likely lost my business.

The "Gathering Feedback" is BS
There is no "Gathering Feedback." The kids who came up with this shizzle are just munching popcorn and kicking back waiting for their participation trophies. Stop acting like you care what your long time users actuallly think. If you did, you would have reverted immediately from this disaster. Anyone actually watching, launch a "classic site," invite us on here, and get YOUR popcorn to watch us jump ship to your new venture.

WHY ARE MY EMAILS IN DAY/WEEK GROUPS?
Umm Hello? Why are my emails being grouped, when my grouped option, which took me forever to find (horrific new FORCED format) is turned off? I cannot see the screen well or read my emails well with any comfort with them grouped like this. I need one list, no grouping, I have trouble reading "too much" on one screen, it's medical. I DID NOT ASK FOR OR CONCENT to a new version of AOL of any kind, this was FORCED upon me, even though I said "NO" to the newer upgrade." Switch back to your tried and true version that…
