Get rid of Old and New - I just want one Inbox
I just want One inbox - not have mail disappear into Old and New. I can't find the setting to turn this back [happened this year].

Inserting Image we had three choices now we only have two. Please bring back the 3
We had a choice of Small, Medium or Large size capability in the original version now we are left with only Small and Large. In my use of this email
I communicate graphics pertaining to Severe Weather and other Emergency Communications in regards to Public Safety. Being able to determine the size of the image I am inserting is important. Connecting to Server
Why is AOL so horrible when it comes to its inabilty to connect to the server. Every day, it happens multiple time over multiple devices. Internet is strong and Gmail connects in 2 seconds. AOL continues to be stuck in the 80s

Search SPAM
I cannot figure out how to search (using the Search bar) my SPAM box. It appears that every other folder is searchable, but SPAM is not. Is this an oversight or by design.

Right Click no longer includes "Block Address"
Will you please give us the tools to block SPAM? The right click does not work on many of the spam addresses

My AOL is terribly expensive and my inbox is loaded with junk! What am I paying so much for? Can I get a free version of AOL?

Make sure advertisements are in English. I don't speak Spanish, but the advertisements at the top of my inbox list are in Spanish.

Why are the new font color choices so pale? They are almost unreadable and don't provide any contrast with the usual black font. Useless!
Bring back the old clear, strong color font choices. They were easy to read and provided clear contrasts with the usual black font. These new pale choices are almost unreadable and therefore useless!

allow removing ad panel which chops off right side of pages I want to print
AD panel causes my pages to be cropped so that I only get left side of printed pages. Allow removing ads for printing.

Vulgar emails
Allow subscribers to add more than 1000 blocked addresses to their blocked list (unless you are going to screen the highly inappropriate and vulgar messages that get through). I already pay for "less ads" but was told (Case# 21539778) that in order to get more in my blocked list it would cost an additional $39.99/month. PLEASE GET RID OF SEXUAL EMAILS, SCAMS AND BAD ACTORS. You are not doing enough at all.

preview attachments
Users are being greatly inconvenienced by being forced to download attachments before being able to view them. It is time consuming to have to download an attachment, create a file to hold it in, and then open it. That is simply too many steps to go through view an attachment. Previously, a user could simply click on an attachment and preview it. The current method is too time consuming and makes that AOL mail feature inferior to the previous "click and view" method. Recipients overlook attachments that now are at the BOTTOM of emails we send. Put attachments back at the TOP where they were in Classic.

MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO FORWARD INCOMING AOL EMAILS TO ANOTHER PLATFORM
It seems that every other email service allows their incoming emails to be forwarded to another email account. (Example: I want to be able to have one of our old, mostly un-used AOL emails for our nonprofit forwarded to a gmail that we do use, so we won't miss any emails that happen to come in.) Please.

Delete spam when folder is emptied
When the spam folder is emptied delete the emails instead of moving them to trash requiring a second step to get rid of them.

scroll post with keyboard
I USED to be able to scroll an email using the 'Space' bar. Now you do not allow ANY keyboard input to page through an email! I have to click the email, then move the arrow down and right to the vertical scroll bar, THEN click to page down - NOT as convenient!
