ADD MORE FONTS TO CUSTOM DEFAULT SETTINGS IN WRITING EMAIL
Custom default writing EM setttings: There is NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL betw Classic, Classic Wide and Garamond. Each exactly the same in the Preview Signature field. MORE VARIETY OF FONTS PLEASE! I always used Georgia. Why has it been dropped?

preview attachments
Users are being greatly inconvenienced by being forced to download attachments before being able to view them. It is time consuming to have to download an attachment, create a file to hold it in, and then open it. That is simply too many steps to go through view an attachment. Previously, a user could simply click on an attachment and preview it. The current method is too time consuming and makes that AOL mail feature inferior to the previous "click and view" method. New format complicates my work.
The new format is much more complicated when it comes to creating a contact list. Once the list is created I want to join lists and that too is difficult. I also, copy and paste the list then I can use it for Sign up genius or to send professional emails through Constant Contact. The
new format will not allow my to copy and paste a list. I have to revert to Basic Mail but then other tools are not available. It is very frustrating and I am not sure what has been improved.261st ranked -

MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO FORWARD INCOMING AOL EMAILS TO ANOTHER PLATFORM
It seems that every other email service allows their incoming emails to be forwarded to another email account. (Example: I want to be able to have one of our old, mostly un-used AOL emails for our nonprofit forwarded to a gmail that we do use, so we won't miss any emails that happen to come in.) Please.

Why did the automatic "bcc" option disappear so that every email I send automatically also sends to myself? This new version is TERRIBLE!!! Does AOL strive to make its developers justify their existence by making unneeded changes? Do you ever ask your customers what they want before you make these ridiculous changes? Your new versions are never better - only more confusing!

How do I email a bulk list? Change my senders name?
I changed my senders name once, but can't figure out how to do it again. Also I can't find a way to email a bulk list.

exporting of distribution lists
There used to be a way to export a certain distribution list but now that feature is gone. All you can do is export the entire contact list and that's not what is needed.

Bring back selection of wallpapers/backgrounds
Please, please, please bring back the wide selection of background/wallpapers we had in the previous mail version. I really miss them. I can't understand why they had to be changed.

It would be nice to have the option to permanently sort mail either always oldest or always newest. I like to read my oldest first, and if i delete or respond to a mail, my mail box always goes back to newest first.

The calendar print is so tiny you can't read it.
Remove the prior and next month's views from the calendar print.

Pin My Calendar to Sidebar
I want to be able to pin the calendar to the sidebar. Currently, if you select the calendar icon, the calendar view goes away every time you select a new email. This is incredibly aggravating. The user should be able to determine what view is most important to them without having to select it every time a different email is viewed.

I think you made changes in your NEW AOL EMAIL so that people will buy a subscription.
These changes are worst than what Microsoft does to us. Please do not FORCE us to conform to your stupid design.

return to original msg after replying
In the new format, after replying to a message the original message goes into the OLD MAIL folder. I prefer returning to the original message and then moving it into another folder if I need to save for reference. Can't figure out how to return to the original message after I reply. Settings have some about Mark as Read - Immediately, 2 seconds, 5 seconds or Never but doesn't seem to work or can't figure out how that works. If anyone has an idea, let me know.
