Opening an email should not default to an automatic reply. This alone is annoying enough to send me back to Classic.
Provide an option when reading email to open email in Reply mode. Default should be to be able to open email in Read mode.

NO I don't see what I am looking for
How can I move a read email to a folder that I have created. Since the new update Jan 2023, when I open the "move" option, there are only a few folders listed in that area. WHY??? My folders that I created on the left hand side are still there THANK GOODNESS, with the old emails I had moved there before the update and I can still open them, but I cannot send a read email to the folder, they aren't listed anymore under "move". Delete Process is not Operating Correctly
3) Old and New Ver problem, when someone is is replying to and email and selects a large block or all of the text to delete it. The entire file is deleted, one must go to Deleted files to recover it. It should never delete a file from within a file as just described.
2) New version: The Reply anchor to an open file should be at the top or at the top and bottom. I get large files of multi-reply add on comments that are maintaining a legal dispute.

What happened to the stationery?! I LOVED the OLD stationery choices, the new one is ugly. Please return back the old stationery . There is no seasonal option as well.

Your spam filters keep misdetecting totally legit long-established email senders as spam
Your spam filters are imperfect. You're extremely good at detecting almost all spam; thank you for that. However, bizarrely, quite often you decide that someone I've emailed with for many years is spam! How can that happen? At least you do send it to me, with a note saying we think this is spam; so then I tell you it isn't. But my puzzle and annoyance is: How come your filters ever got the idea in the first place that someone I've emailed with for many years - an employer, in one instance! - could possibly be spam? fix 2-step verification calls. don't come through the first time
I actually like 2-step verification. I want to secure my account. However, when the calls don't come through I feel like you are trying to force me to use text or some other way, like what's app, that I don't even have! Get rid of the choices that DO NOT APPLY and get the phone verification fixed.

Attachment disappears - PLEASE FIX
I use AOL through chrome. When I send an email with an attachment, everything works fine.
However, when I receive a reply from the recipient, the attachment has disappeared and is no longer in the thread.Please fix this so the attachments are retained throught the thread of emails.

In the Android app, format the email print so that it has borders.
Printing emails from the Android app does not have borders. The app needs to be improved to format the print by adding borders.

AOL IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY ARE NASTY! THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE ARE HORRIBLE AND NO HELP AT ALL.
I would try giving the few people who still use aol some actual help when you service is NOT functioning. I bet you guys do this on purpose in order to get your customers to pay money. Since we have had no support from aol we are working on recovering our emails and switching to Gmail. Good job aol.

Eliminate monogram-style initials before email addresses
The circles with stylized initials before each email in lists and when sending emails is useless, takes up space, and makes it impossible to highlight and copy or delete email addresses from an email.

Informed Delivery again going to SPAM folder
Received Informed Delivery in SPAM., again, Response from USPS after contacting them.
It appears you or your email provider marked the Informed Delivery emails as SPAM. We requested from your email provider the removal of that designation.
If you send even one USPS email to SPAM all subsequent emails will go to SPAM.
You should start seeing emails with images in a few days.
In the future you will need to reach out to your email provider for assistance. The program they use is for SPAM block is called MailGun. They have the capability to turn this on or off. …431st ranked
