You can improve AOL mail by restoring the old version. I have hit the "Critical" button in the voting area as many times has my fingers allowed.
LISTEN UP!!! Your customers are trying to tell you something. Take the cotton out of your ears or blinders off your eyes. Your front-line phone reps can only direct us to this forum. Who is in charge? Are you on vacation? Do these message go in the trash!!!???
Finally, my idea is to listen to the people, "GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION OF AOL MAIL".
