  2. Lots you can improve and for one is when I read an email the page will not close and so I have to sign off and I pay for GOLD!

    Will you please fix emails so I can just click up at the right side corner of email to close it. I find it impossible to close a email unless I sign off of AOL.

    My son goes on AOL Gold by switching screen names under my main account. Today he was online then signed off to go to the store. When he came back and signed on again, there was a popup that said he had to pay for AOL Gold. When I went on AOL help, his screen name was no longer there, but a strange name that we did not create was (this name is not on my drop down in "switch screen name"). Live chat could not help.   7. Error Messages Keep Telling Me My Mail Cannot Be Sent Because of Some Error

    Sometimes I get a message that says my mail cannot be sent because of an error yet it will send if I put it into Mail Waiting to be Sent. Other times it says We Seem To Be Having Trouble Loading Your Mail. Try Again in 5 Minutes. But five minutes, ten minutes, half an hour later and it still won't send my mail!!

  9. Partially disabled mail filing

    Using my resident AOL Gold desktop...
    -- when I open my "Incoming/Saved Mail" folder...
    -- RIGHT click on a message, on which I copied myself...
    -- go to "Move to"...
    -- "On My PC"...
    -- the "Mail You've Sent" option is DISABLED.

    WHY ??

    We must be able to file a message ANYWHERE WE WANT TO.

    Options should NOT be disabled.

    my issue is that my aol has stopped me from saving images, it just doesn't work at all. Also, just recent, when I go to the Chase app to login, after login I get these giant letters and a circle in the left hand corner of the screen that won't let me get into my screen for banking. The only way I can access this is through google crome. Can you please fix this because now I'm paying for something that cannot fully serve my purpose.

    I have appx 50 old PFC organize files that are saved on a flash drive. How can I read the old emails using AOL GOLD version? These emails date back to 2002, so I have been an AOL user for over 16 years!. The emails are important, that is why I have saved them! I don't need them converted to AOL GOLD, I just need to read them by opening up the Personal Filing Cabinet using AOL GOLD.     Also, Forward/Back buttons don't work on my mouse, yet it works on all my other browsers, ie: Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

    AOL GOLD KNOCKS YOU OFF-LINE BECAUSE OF GLITCHES AND BUGS WITHIN THE EMAIL PART OF AOL GOLD. THIS HAPPENS FREQUENTLY TO ME. AND, AOL GOLD IS NOT 100% COMPATIBLE WITH MANY BROWSERS. YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD FIX THAT FIRST. WHAT COMPLETE BABOONS.

    When I need one of my online vendor accounts to send me a link in order to reset my password...and it comes from an automatic system...It never comes through! I've contacted you on this issue before. I give them my gmail address now. I don't know what you changed...I don't have them blocked, I never had this issue with the old AOL. seriously thinking of not paying for gold...it doesn't work properly
