I don't think the tree-huggers have gone far enough. They outlaw plastic bags, and straws and now it time to outlaw condoms. If I click inbox, I don't want to see my open mail, I actually miss the old inbox I miss being able to check in on the other accounts to see how many emails they might have from the sign off... Less ads, we are paying for this, fix the address book, fix the favorites (give me back my missing faves?)... Really, the main reason for purchasing AOL Gold is so that my mother (who barely even logs on anymore and always forgets her password) doesn't lose all her pics she's saved to aol, if I'm going to continue to…
For mail preview please follow these steps:
1. Go to mail on the top right, and select Mail Settings from the drop-down menu.
2. Check the option “Show message preview in mail list”
3. Changes are saved automatically. -

Importing favorites from a different browser.
I am not able to import into Desktop Gold my favorites (bookmarks) from Chrome or Internet explorer. It seems as if you use a different protocol than the other browsers.

Return the option to close mail box
Return the option to close the mail box, I want close the mail box for another screen names is out of hand to control JUNK MAIL, I try any thing and is like I getting more and more. I unsubscribe were I never subscribe, I block junk mail, and they find the way to send more, they just change the electronic address.
This is my 4th time that I'm asking help for this matter on feedback and also by phone with technical support

The stories on the welcome page are a joke!! Headline "#1 food you should never eat at a barbecue" I clicked on it and it shows a video on how to make a dessert out of pound cake???? This happens all the time they post a story line to suck you in and when you click on it it NEVER is about the headline !!! Its totally deceptive and full of propaganda !!

Dictionary's save feature, problem with free McAfee loading have been on fritz for ages with no fix in sight and no reply as to when or what; from AOL. Lucky if this gets posted. Lets go back and when Gold is fixed, bring it out again. We need what we pay for a desktop model that has all features working properly, not paying for less and being ignored. call in and four times get different opinions and no fix! HELP PLEASE.
