I have had problem downloading "Free McAfee" (computer cannot) and spelling dictionary saves nothing when "Save To Dictionary" clicked. They have been "Working On It" for months now and ignore commenting when I email or write asking when; etc! Have to call and they cannot help or supply any answer of truth or value. Format control of emails page
I want to see and control more emails at once than the new gold allows and show only what I want to see
On aol anywhere I can
- change the size and adjust how many emails show up on the list
- use one hand and click on the side boxes to delete a large number of emails as a first run through
- not have all the icons take up a quarter of the page -

it takes time to load the email in desktop gold i go to read on the upper left corner and then it takes longer than usual to load. AOL tech support already reinstalled and checked task manager on computer but issue still persists.

Stop forcing us to go through a whole history before we get to what the link is supposed to get us to!
I clicked on the link today that was supposed to take me to a site that showed the resemblance between Kennedy and one of his grandsons. Instead of going directly to that, I was forced to go through a whole history of Kennedy, his presidency, etc. It's frustrating and, in fact, makes me very, very, VERY angry. I'm actually on the verge of quitting AOL because of this extremely common bull ******!

Add commas to addresses in groups
I send newsletters to 300 people once a month. Addresses often change and I delete my group and create a new one from time to time. Each time I have to add commas to the addresses one by one in step 3 of the Manage Group page. Can this be done automatically?

When I want to see the weather, I don't want to see an audio/visual add. I don't pay for ads!
Cut our the pop-up ads. You track everything I seem to be interested in with another ad. Why do I pay you for the service? Do the ad people pay you more?

Text color
Your text colors of light gray and light blue are very hard to read, and possibly contribute to eye strain -- especially for we older folk. Please upgrade those to darker colors for better contrast and easier reading. Try black and darker blue for the text. Thanks.

AOL GROSSLY UNRESPONSIVE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS
AOL needs to listen to its customer base and at least provide as much as we had before the OATH takeover. I mean, how can they get away with that? AOL GOLD is becoming colossally embarrassing, sort of like Trump.
