Get rid of Boredom Therapy
Boredom therapy is not news and it wastes 11 screens to get an answer.
It is ridiculous and NOT NEWS for AOL.

Browser security
Today, I went into my Browser Security settings and noticed THEY WERE CHANGED from where I had them set before! No good!
DO NOT adjust ANY Browser Security settings when CHANGES, OR NEW VERSIONS, of AOL Desktop Gold are automatically installed.
Changing ANY settings--WITHOUT THE USER'S KNOWLEDGE--is rather bad for "customer confidence," wouldn't you think???

After using the Calendar in Gold for several years, this morning all events were deleted and Tech Support is unable to restore.
Develop backup so you can restore my calendar which Tech Support says I deleted.

20 Address for BCC
I'd like to know which suppliers beside AOL have a 20 limit for BCC.
Your reason for this move was to reduce spam.
Spamers today are using individual addresses per email.
My spam folder seems to be about the same # every day. -
Why are we paying so much for AOL monthly when services are always being removed
I only stay with AOL (have been on the service for over 20 years) because of my e-mail address and saved e-mails. Other services for free or less let you see if your mail has been read. Can no longer paste animated photos in e-mail (like with the old AOL). Animation no longer works. Choice of fonts for e-mail has been sharply reduced. Artwork was taken away from e-mail. I could go on and on. Never a response to these posts that people put on. All these products AOL offers to members are a revenue source. Free for a very…

Mark as Unread
When I read an e-mail and close it. I have to go into old mail and open a different e-mail and then go back and open my original e-mail to enable me to mark it as unread. Previously, I was able to close my e-mail, right click it and mark as unread. I no longer get the option on the drop down bar. It gives me an option to mark as read, which is redundant.

Resolve locator issue for items in our favorites
I attempted to find a location of a dentist from one of my favorite program and was inform that I had to enable the site for my location. Now I never had to do this when using this favorite site before. For some odd reason AOL Gold no longer supports this favorite site locating program, whihc I used with no problem in Jan of this year. I wish you wouldn't waste time putting "This folder is empty" signs in an obviously blank folder. Instead you could restore the service of saving images from e-mail that I really used. This nice service has been missing too long. -

Features need to work!
FIX SPELL CHECK! Asked until blue in face and nothing done and I am ignored, without response despite several requests! Click on "ADD TO DICTIONARY" and it does not, etc. You eliminated the "Ignore It," option also. This has gone for months without a fix, or rely. Further, for months heard once that you were working on why free McAfee cant be downloaded. How many more months needed to fix this???
