why do I have to sign in for SPAM controls?
This is getting worse and worse. Now I have to sign in for SPAM controls? Why? I've always been able to get to them before by clicking on the link on my email box page. I'M ALREADY SIGNED IN...DUH. What good does it do to sign in again? At least I know why my SPAM controls are no longer working AT ALL. Fix it!!!!!

Threatening behavior in chat rooms
So if I don't report threatening behavior while the person is the chat room, AOL refuses to do anything about it.
AOL must not care about its members' safety.

Please fix the feed!
Please be more discerning about what you place in the news feed. I'm less than 10 items in, and already (#7) is a story about Walmart store closings from at least 4 months ago. This is not news. Neither are the numerous photos of famous or semi-famous women with headlines about how skimpy or revealing their outfits are. This junk is just insulting our intelligence. Please make options available to simply get the news OR the gossipy stuff, or whatever else. I don't want to have 80+ stories in the feed when most of them are totally irrelevant!

1] discontinue the annoying "breaking news" pop-up
2] find a way to avoid "network error" from preempting videos.(I can watch YouTube and other videos from various sites, for hours with no difficulty--and cannot understand why AOL videos of 40 seconds don't work.
3] do not put up teasers in your 80 or so stories that, when clicked on, esult in "nothing found" or "ooops there seems to e a problem" or a reminder to check spelling in our search! -
Negative contrast for vision impaired
Please add a feature for aol desktop gold that wil enable negative contrast for vision impaired or macular degenaration, just like the feature that is available on the old aol desktop 9.2

I have been stopped from posting on your site for no apparent reason. I do not post hate speech. I had been responding to your Russian trolls who do post hate speech. When ever they are on you have a 600% inversion of "likes" to "dislikes" based on the "bombs" they have planted on your site. They all have the same keyword triggers or phrases they then overwhelm the comment sections with out and out hate speech, violence themes and every conceivable lie they can do over and over. They sign is as a "Guest" then post under 10 names…

Remove 'aol premium, benefits and chatroom' I have no use for them there, I know how to find them, and you don't even give us the option to remove them or lower them to the bottom where I don't have them blocking my important things saved. GET RID OF THEM. Also remove the 'alpha listing in favorites and let us choose the sequence of how we want our lists by sliding them up or down LIKE WE ALWAYS HAD BEFORE ****** AOL GOLD.

The font size in the address field of the browser is too small. AOL tech support says you can't change it.
Either increase the font size or provide a selection of font sizes such as small, medium, large, and extra large.

Rapinoe
Rapinoe is a sick individual who thinks "it" is more important than God. It is a terrible upset human being. I am not sure what to call it based on Berkley California's non-gender ruling. Is Rapinoe a he, a she, an it? I do not want offend it by calling it something it is not!!!!!!!!!!!! However I do know one thing...AOL **.

Downloading Emails - Need how Old AOL did it back
In the older versions of AOL, there was an option to Download an entire Email as a PDF.file.
Another Option was to Select and Download Some or ALL embedded images.This has been missing from Gold. Saving an email in AOL format only on either AOL or in a Local aol folder leaves it still in AOL format and not sufficient.
