Return the option to close mail box
Return the option to close the mail box, I want close the mail box for another screen names is out of hand to control JUNK MAIL, I try any thing and is like I getting more and more. I unsubscribe were I never subscribe, I block junk mail, and they find the way to send more, they just change the electronic address.
This is my 4th time that I'm asking help for this matter on feedback and also by phone with technical support

Dictionary's save feature, problem with free McAfee loading have been on fritz for ages with no fix in sight and no reply as to when or what; from AOL. Lucky if this gets posted. Lets go back and when Gold is fixed, bring it out again. We need what we pay for a desktop model that has all features working properly, not paying for less and being ignored. call in and four times get different opinions and no fix! HELP PLEASE.

Improve your account verification process! I recently bought a new computer, installed AOL Desktop Gold and then you folks wouldn't allow me to use my email and sent me a verification code for security purposes at my recovery Gmail address. I entered the verification code into AOL Desktop Gold and instead of just accepting it and bringing me to my AOL email, a pop up appeared insisting I secure my account and reset my password. What's the point of a verification code to a recovery email address if you're going to force me to reset my password anyway?… -

Show me what the headline says instead of having to go through a bunch of background stuff first. For example, today I wanted to see about Jennifer Garner's foot, as the headline indicated. Instead there was a bunch of biographical info that I wasn't at all interested in.

CUSTOMER CARE
When asked for a reply especially from a paying customer; do not simply ignore! this is common rude, care not attitude employed by AOL. Read all the comments in the comment section also. Never a response. AOL Gold is a step backward and every inquiry on what isn't working correctly is answered by "We Are Working On It," without results in many instances ever being accomplished.

I have had problem downloading "Free McAfee" (computer cannot) and spelling dictionary saves nothing when "Save To Dictionary" clicked. They have been "Working On It" for months now and ignore commenting when I email or write asking when; etc! Have to call and they cannot help or supply any answer of truth or value. it takes time to load the email in desktop gold i go to read on the upper left corner and then it takes longer than usual to load. AOL tech support already reinstalled and checked task manager on computer but issue still persists.

Stop forcing us to go through a whole history before we get to what the link is supposed to get us to!
I clicked on the link today that was supposed to take me to a site that showed the resemblance between Kennedy and one of his grandsons. Instead of going directly to that, I was forced to go through a whole history of Kennedy, his presidency, etc. It's frustrating and, in fact, makes me very, very, VERY angry. I'm actually on the verge of quitting AOL because of this extremely common bull ******!
