  2. Disaster search mail function

    Disaster. Search email function disabled although essential to my work in international law and finance, Restore as previously so that by entering name in search receive all emails to and from that person.

    I have wasted at least six hours as a result of your incomprehensible switch to yet another software system, Gold, which eliminates essential functions. This is a disgrace. I work as a lawyer by the hour and this is time wasted as a result of AOL incompetence and AOL's efforts to lock in its customers. AOL makes virtually impossible to transfer groups to another internet service provider.…

  5. HELP FOR EMAIL PROBLEMS

    I now have 94 emails waiting for me to read, but I can't get to them....the page stays BLANK. I have SIXTY!!!! SPAM to get rid of, some duplicates I've gotten rid of numerous times. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Now when I tap "Delete All" of the SPAM, it disappears and then reappears in the regular delete area so that I have to do each of them ONE AT A TIME!!! And WHY, WHY, WHY do you send some of the regular deleted emails BACK TO ME the next day????

    yet another day goes by--probably 10 days now?? with no response from AOL technical support. My contacts list has disappeared in AOL desktop Gold only. can not get any support or help from AOL. Now I am starting to have the true meaning of AOL. A******* on Leave. What does it take to get help with this pitiful software

  11. AOL Browser problems

    AOL Browser problems are enough to make a preacher's wife cuss, and I should know because I was one for 25 years! Talk about testing my patience!!! Here goes: 1) Once I click on the aol icon, it takes far too long to get even the first signin screen. 2)Once I enter my password, God only knows what response I'm going to get. So far - today alone - I have signed on, only to have a '118 error - timed out' screen pop up repeatedly. The only way I could close aol was by using the task manager. 3)…

    Why is it I keep getting a message from AOL that tells me my AOL is not up to date but in the past when I checked, I am told my AOL is up to date. Now, I keep getting the same message but when I check for an update, NOTHING. AOL may not have been the best but it is terrible now. It's like comparing Frontier cable to a pile of ****. It's the same thing.

    As I move forward with Gold, I'm finding that the e-mail I had stored in Folders in my incoming/saved mail are no longer accessible. It seems that when I "save mail to my PC", it is not being stored on my PC at all.

  18. My email signature is screwed up!!!!!

    Fix my email ASAP. I am a business and I need to send out a very important email to a client and each time I try a mail signature from some Talbot company in Ft. Lauderdale, FL keeps coming up. I live in Surprise AZ. I checked my email signature and it is not my signature. What is going on?????
