  1. emails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    **** whats wrong with email now??? first graphics and pictures don't show and now email isn't even opening!!! Think it's time to look around for new options to do emails!!!! I guess after 20 yrs of being with AOL its a shame that you dont take care of your members better than you do!!! Really hate this GOLD program!!

  2. Gold lock up "not responding"

    After finally logging in and Inbox is displayed I try to open an email. Gold locks with with "not responding" and I have to go to Task Manager to kill Gold. My wife's account (on same computer) works fine. I'm paying for this why?

  4. Email Font

    I posted that my selected font, size and color will not save. I received a reply stating that my issue had been merged with another and included were the instructions for setting the font. I have followed those exact steps no less than half a dozen times and my font is still not set to what I chose. So obviously something needs to be done. This version of AOL stinks!

  5. Why Did I Have to Change My Password THREE Times in ONE Week??

    AOL Gold has INSISTED that 1) I reenter my password in the middle of a session totally disrupting what I was doing or 2) I get a "secret code" to enter THEN change my password just to log in. I'm running out of passwords and feel I'm being either taken advantage of or AOL has been hacked and I'm suffering because of it! Or is this punishment for posting here??? STOP IT!

  8. Now your Dow Jones page is not working! AOL is no longer good for anything.

  9. it takes a longer than usual time for emails with an attachment to be sent

    Graphics pasted into the write mail are no longer are visible when the email is sent. All you get are empty boxes. This is not good.

  10. AOL Desktop not detecting Flash player correctly.

    My default browser is Firefox and it is using the most recent version of the Flashplayer plugin. I have to use Firefox because Chrome, and Edge are not HIPPA compliant.

  11. I can't send pictures in emails

    When trying to send pictures in email they go into cyber space and won't send. After 5 minutes you give up and try to close it and it said WRITE MAIL HAS CHANGED DO YOU WANT TO SAVE IT? When you check yes there is nothing in the draft box. WHATS GOING ON HERE! I need this to work this is my business to send pictures either fix it or give me the old version back I had no problems with that.

  12. The address book can't be corrected and saved

    The only way to correct the address book is to delete the name entirely and enter the corrected version and details as a new name. Correcting an address or details and SAVE, does not work when opening AOL the next time. Please fix this.

  13. Make email work, more than about half the time.

    Fix the bugs. About half the time when I try to send or save an email, I get a message that I should "try again in about 5 minutes." That is unacceptable.

  14. You could install a different or updated browser!!!

    AOL Gold will not allow me to download any forms from my Military Retired Pay site (Defense Finance and Accounting Agency). When I use Microsoft Edge or I/E 11 I have no problem. IT SURE WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A BROWSER IN AOL THAT WOULD DO EVERYTHING, like you had before in 9.8.2

  17. AOL Desktop Gold is HORRIBLE

    Please get rid of AOL Desktop Gold. It is horrible for Email. I have nothing but daily problems now with my email. I have been a paying customer of AOL for 25 years now. I have never had email problems until you started AOL GOLD. Now, its almost a daily issue. Today, all of my unread emails and emails that I have saved as unread are GONE....can't get to them no what how hard I try. The most current emails that show up in my inbox are from July.   19. Videos in your news stories do not play !

    When I try to see your news stories, 3 out of 4 times, I get a blank, black (or white) screen with no video, no text from the story and only hear the audio from the video. After r-loading page 3 or 4 times....sometimes it all shows up and plays OK. Not good.
