  1. Saved passwords can't be deleted

    I've used the option to save passwords to different websites, and that works fine. However, deleting the password does not work. Under Browser Settings > Passwords, it displays the sites that have passwords saved and gives the option to delete the saved password. When you click on the "X" to remove it it, it asks: "Are you sure you want to remove xxxxxx from this list?" I select Yes, but then nothing happens.
    Closing AOL Gold does not help, clearing footprint does not help; restarting the PC does not help; waiting time does not help.
    Please fix this!!!

  2. Your ISP taking too long to open up or not opening at all is becoming a safety issue.

    Your ISP last night would not open, which had been a previous problem that I thought had gone away. So I went up to dinner and came back down and it still hadn't open. This morning I had to send my doctor a message and AOL would still not open. This is becoming a safety issue that I believe your CEO is ignoring with Windows 10.

    AOL has become like our electric company, it is no longer an option when you need it to get to the link to contact your doctor's online service.

  6. Why can't I see my Inbox email?

    I am tired of not being able to access things I had beforehand. I can't access my inbox for days at a time. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? There are emails I am working with and can't access them to respond or deal with.

  7. BCC RECIPIENTS NO LONGER SHOWING UP + GETTING ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO SEND

    As of today, the BCC recipient address no longer show; I have to click on the Details link for a window to pop up which is a bothersome extra step. What happened??? Also, when I try to send the same list of recipients, an error message no pops us, "Mail failed to send due to error", but it doesn't say WHAT IT'S DUE TO OR HOW TO FIX IT. ASAP PLEASE ADVISE!!!!!

  8. VERY IMPORTANT email photos disappearing when save into a "saved on aol" folder. Why does this happen?

    I have had some extremely important photos sent to me via aol email and have tried to save them in a "saved on aol" folder, only to discover that they are no longer accessible when I try to retrieve them. A short note/description of what the picture may contain appears in writing but no picture/photo. I have lost some extremely important family pics because of this. I am truly frustrated with this and would like to know why it keeps happening. FIX IT....SERIOUSLY !

  13. AOL Gold Email Issue with Sent From Name

    All emails I send out show to others as being sent from my husband. We have separate emails within AOL but my son and I are under his account. This was never an issue until we installed AOL Gold. I have called the help line and they cannot resolve it. There is no reason it should be doing this and after a year this is very frustrating. Please fix this issue.

  15. I know that this forum is really paid attention to, but, I've beena AOL subscribers since I first got the internet (I'm 68yoa), probably aro

    WHY, why do I get "Oops" (white screen with an error code that does NOTHING to help the solution.) (not my job, mon) with SO many requests.I will give you guys about 2 weeks to figure it out and then I'm gone. Been here since about 1996 but it's really starting to suck. Anyone else will/may/might be better. I don't need a reply, it'll still be the same...(it's your lame butt or the computer's).

  17. I have a recurring issue that I believe is related to security settings on iPad and iPhone.

    AOL mail has been successfully added to iPad and iPhone. When there is an IOS update, something prevents me from sending mail from my account. AOL still functions properly on my HP laptop. Please provide information about what settings I (or you) need to revise to prevent this issue from recurring?

  19. Since last Update everything is messed up worse

    Since the last update it seems everything is a mess ....worse than before if thats possible......Emails are a nightmare to send, all you get are either "try again in few minutes" or get errr msg!!! and still no staus available of mail sent......Why do you keep screwing it up??? Your making it worse each time!!!

    I reported this to Report A Bug several times: Why am I now get bumped offline several times a day? Why did I just get bumped off two times in 10 minutes? Why doesn't anyone answer me with anything I write about? WHY? I clear my browser many times a day.
