Duplicates when saving drafts
I know you will mark this as a "duplicate" and close comments. Your latest response was to uncheck the box for automatically saving emails is to uncheck the box for saving drafts. I have done this and the problem continues!! i have talked to tech support and the problem continues!!

I can't send pictures in emails
When trying to send pictures in email they go into cyber space and won't send. After 5 minutes you give up and try to close it and it said WRITE MAIL HAS CHANGED DO YOU WANT TO SAVE IT? When you check yes there is nothing in the draft box. WHATS GOING ON HERE! I need this to work this is my business to send pictures either fix it or give me the old version back I had no problems with that.

The address book can't be corrected and saved
The only way to correct the address book is to delete the name entirely and enter the corrected version and details as a new name. Correcting an address or details and SAVE, does not work when opening AOL the next time. Please fix this.

Make email work, more than about half the time.
Fix the bugs. About half the time when I try to send or save an email, I get a message that I should "try again in about 5 minutes." That is unacceptable.

Videos in your news stories do not play !
When I try to see your news stories, 3 out of 4 times, I get a blank, black (or white) screen with no video, no text from the story and only hear the audio from the video. After r-loading page 3 or 4 times....sometimes it all shows up and plays OK. Not good.

AOL GOLD address book is still not working. If you add a name from 'all contacts' it goes in but does not stay in.
AOL GOLD address book is still not working after all this time. I have reported this many times. One Example: If you try and transfer a name from 'All Contacts' to a folder below, it goes in but after AOL GOLD is closed it does not stay in. The address book is a complete shambles. Very poor planning on the upgrade.

AOL is best at taking your money, while ignoring avalanche of program complaints
AOL does nothing to fix and correct obvious years long, ongoing problems and bugs in the AOL Gold program, apparently ignoring their PAYING Customers. Terrible way to do business, meanwhile AOLs global poor reputation is overflowing.
To wit: When I drag the Red dot link into an email or elsewhere, cursor just sits there blinking and does nothing. Other times it will completely lock-up the AOL Gold program requiring C+ATL+Delete to restart, causing loss of everything currently open. What's the problem? ADG latency
whenever you scroll through the emails it highlights everything the mouse passes through which is annoying. Please provide a fix to remove this feature which just showed up with the latest version 11.0.3316. How come we lost the feature whenever you add a new email address it automatically gets added to the address book, if you could please bring this back.

mail folders still missing
Mail folders still missing in 11.0.2878. I have to log on and off several times to get them to return. Sometimes its all of the folders, sometimes its just a partial list.

Mail I have read is staying in my New mail folder instead of just the IN or Old mail folders as it did until 2 days ago.

There is a problem with the font and it must be repaired. It does not change including incoming emails. The computer is not allowing me to choose the font of my choice. This is NOT an idea, it is a problem with a complaint.
