Make email work, more than about half the time.

Fix the bugs. About half the time when I try to send or save an email, I get a message that I should "try again in about 5 minutes." That is unacceptable.

    You need to fix AOL. Half the time it doesn't work. Download mgr doesn't work. I can't even send emails to myself.
    FIX AOL AND CLEAN UP THE MESS.

    You've been gathering feedback and planning now for weeks and I've seen no improvement.
    1. Sending mail is erratic at best. Getting too many "unable to send mail, try again in five minutes" messages.
    2. Last night took three attempts to send mail with file attached.
    3. Takes too long to send mail with photos included

    Fix AOL email so you can send emails with attachments that do not take 10 seconds to send. Sometimes a message reads "there is a problem, please try sending again later. AOL Gold should not have been put in use until the "bugs" were worked out.
