the software keeeps freezing and goes to no replu. call me 1---***

If your browser crashes, please try the following steps to enhance your experience:
a. Edit > Select Footprints to Clear
b. Check the ‘Browser Cache’ box
c. Restart ADG
If the user had not previously checked the ‘Browser Cache’ clear footprint option, it can be restored using these additional steps
d. Edit > Select Footprints to Clear
e. Uncheck the ‘Browser Cache’ box
We would appreciate it if you would send a report of this problem to our AOL Desktop team to have this further investigated. To do that, click on the “Help” button on the top right corner of the AOL Desktop window, and select “Report a Bug” from the drop-down menu.
In case the problem persists, please call our AOL Desktop Gold team at the number 1-888-265-3733, in order to have one or our Technical Support Agents investigate the cause of this issue.

Why does my AOL Gold screen post this message: "Edge: Too many requests" ? I have never used the Edge app on my Desktop. Please discard this message. I don't Voice anything either.

In logging in to my account today, 1/21/26, the Welcome Screen only showed "Edge: to many requests." Tried to go to my account and got the same response. AOL mail seems to be OK. Please advise as to fixes

what the "harry"...You say I have mail, it's shows on the icon 1 but yet it doesn't show under new mail. sign off, sign on but still no mail...7 hours LATER it shows UP so I can read a message send 7 hours ago! For this I pay a fee ever month! Half the time I don't get "You've got mail" except at first sign on then crickets, even for new mail once the mail is read! Honestly AOL GETS WORSE ever time there is a new update! This keeps up after 20 some years it's bye bye AOL and HELLO to another carrier.

Can not play Amazon prime video on AOL web browser because of compatibility issue. We can play Amazon prime video on regular browser like Microsoft Edge.

Every time i want to go to the western union website, after the log in, i get the error message "We're sorry but there has been a technical problem. Please try again later" It works in chrome. AOLDesktopGold version 11.1.5022

Tonight over 30 minutes of "Not Responding." It's never less than 20 minutes. I plead for HELP, but guess what...no response from AOL. I can't believe they're charging me for AOL Gold.

What kind of cpu does aol desktop gold work best on? My is maxed out at 100% then goes down, but mine is only am amd with two cpu cores.

We have been with AOL from the very beginning but this past several months has been a nightmare. Screens freeze, my mail box disappears then reappears. What in the world is going on.
I really don't like the idea of changing service but I am going to start another service and see how it works. If AOL doesn't correct their problems, we will switch. Easy as that.

Email did not show up on my aol desktop gold today. Is there something you can do to repair my site? I was able to get my email by going to Google Chrome and setting up an aol mail site there, but I should be able to ********* my aol desktop gold site. Can you fix?

It takes forever to sign on and then mail in new mail i not new. I pay for this service and it is not any good. Need to fix your bugs

I am constantly having mylaptop freezing up and saying "not responding" So I called the so called help desk. He said he can fix that. But I had to give him control of the computer. Being reluctant since I was hacked that way once, I said ok. So a matter of about 10-12 minutes, he gets back to me saying its all fixed. Well NO IT WASN"T I literally had none of my icons in the bar above. When I told him it wasnt there, his resonse was that its going to be that way since the file was (so called) corrupted. Well why the **** not tell me that things were going to be different when in fact I ASKED HIM IF THINGS WERE GOING TO CHANGE...AND HE SAID NO. I am still fuming over this. So what happened? I am back to square one with freezing screens all over again. My kids laugh at me for still having AOL....and now I know why. Time to change
