    Everytime I opened anything on Gold advertisements always shows up. Kindly address this concern.

    1. Get users option of blocking ads on Wecome and E-mail pages. Give me back the ability to arrange my favorites the way that I want instead of alphabetically. Give back the way to look at other screen names to see if there is any mail in the sign off screen.
    I am forced to use Gold now and pay you for it. If I am paying I should not be forced to read ads that someone else is paying you for. I wish to have the option to opt out of these ads.
    I have been with AOL with 2 accounts separate accounts for 20 years and have been paying for 20 years. There are free browsers out there that may have ads but I can opt out of their ads (Firefox).
    If I cannot get these issues resolved I will not be a user for any longer.

    Now I find out the cache is not automatically cleared like I was told it is. We have to take all those steps??? No wonder the emails are not sending quickly. Save and save as under file still not working! Browsing history not updating, time lag, 1 day. Can not put multiple names in forwarding emails. limit 2. Nothing has been fixed since day 1.Pathetic and disturbing. Not a good business or pleasure browser.

    Please add a remove all ads option on e-mails as I have a condition that can cause seizures by the changing of the ads.

    AOL Gold gets stuck. Fonts too big. Too many ads. Why am I paying you $5.00 a month to see all of those ads???

    Please allow us to view the great stories and news items without having to go through all the ads. I love the topics but it's insane that you have to go through so much just to enjoy the story. I've been a loyal AOL customer for over 20 years and I'm now looking for options,. So sad. You guys were once the best in the field.

    Allow for more than one line in your request for how to improve Gold experience. I was trying to tell you that I set everything off at your site to set pop-up ad preferences. Great!! Except that it then refused to accept my Save. I'm not surprised, based on my many other stupid, annoying experiences with your latest fiasco.

    I am paying a fee to use this computer through aol I do not like all the adds popping up. can you stop all the adds?
